I have contacted Zillow repeatedly about removing my home and sales history from their websiteI know that my sales price is public information but what gives Zillow the right to display this against my wishes? Anyone who looks up my address in Google can find out how much I paid and it's not their businessI have also asked that if the sales price can't be removed, can it at the least be removed from the top of the pageI was told it has to stay there for three yearsI see plenty of properties on the site with no sales history listed and don't understand why I'm not given access to this option

This company reports information and overly exaggerated estimates to lure people in I am considering selling my home so I used Zillow to obtain a general estimate of my home value, as well as look at other comps in the area There was a house in my development, listed as ** *** ***, Newark, DE *** and Zillow indicated this house was sold in November for $234, So I became ecstatic thinking my home was worth much more than I thought Zillow listed my home estimate to be about $199, However once I contacted a realtor they told me that Zillow is almost never correct and that home at ** *** *** only sold for $146, Sure enough when I checked the website again today it now shows $146, However if you do a *** search of "** *** ***, Newark, DE Zillow" you can still see the $234,listed in the search results This is grossly misleading and a very disappointing The true sales amount was a huge difference in the true amount Which also leaves me to believe my own home value listed is probably no where near correct Zillow needs to do a much better job of ensuring their information is accurate as you have potential buyers and sellers relying on this data

As a listing agent I am not pleased that my listing, *** *** *** ** *** ** is listed as a Foreclousre This is inaccurate and reflects poorly on both the property and the seller In addition, it is serving as a red flag for potential buyers and falsely implies that they may be able to purchase it for a price $150,below list price Furthermore, based on some research I have done, it may be additionally reflecting negatively on my seller's credit score
I contacted Zillow customer service TWICE last week via email without a satisfactory result I was UNABLE to call as I am not a Premiere Zillow agent (paying) therefore no phone contact is allowed

My boyfriend *** *** *** signed up for some advisterment from zillow with my credit card information without my permissionI called them up to let them know I would like the money they took off my credit card put back on there immediately because it is my credit card and I do not authorize anything for my credit cardI contact the company and got no responsemy boyfriend's team leader kevin gave me a call to say *** *** can go online and change his billing information as if him using my credit card isn't a big dayThis is very unethicial and unprofessional and distastefulI left a urgent message and haven't hard back from them

The worst customer service I have ever seenI have spent a week trying to list my home as a "for sale by owner" listing to no availI have attempted to contact them but can only do so by email, they don't provide a number for you to call and have yet to receive any responseFurther, they finally called me from the Pacific coast (they claimed), get this, with a NY, NY phone number! 212-786-(what?) They stated they had verified my home, still didn't list it, I called them back at the NY number and they verified it again and told me it would be listed and now it completely disappears off their siteNow, no one will tell me whyThey are horrible

My said residence was on Zillow online, but recently Zillow put my house up for sale online without my permissionThere were listing agents involved through Zillow

I have been trying to get one of my agents profiles fixed for months and I always get the initial "your ticket has been received" notice but ZERO follow upI have sent in this request multiple times, tried to talk to someone on the phone, and tried to find a solution online from their FAQ page but have no resultsZillow has not been helpful and does not have a quick response time at allI have had many issues actually getting help back from their "care" emailFrom just getting generic responses with links to their FAQ page (which I have already covered deeply) to getting passed off to many different representativesZillow does not provide a helpful interface for solutions to their website problems

Approximately two weeks ago I placed an ad on Zillow regarding my house being for sale Someone called from Zillow about days later to verify my information which they did I was told to wait about minutes and my listing would show as an acitive listing To this date, it still does not show up as an active listing I have called numerous times getting the run around and basic lip service I'm always told there is an issue with their software or that they will send my complaint to a supervisor who will resolve it themselves If not these two responses, I'm told to send an email to customer service I've also sent a few emails with absolutely no response or even confirmation they received my complaint I am beyond frustration because there has been no resolution whatsoever I have lost two weeks of market time in trying to sale my home I need this corrected ASAP! PLEASE! I used Zillow service to list my home because I don't want to pay a realtor to list it I feel l

I am the customer and my agent has tried to get this resolved numerous timesApparently there is a boundary issue that is preventing our listing from showing up in ANY searchThe address is *** ** *** *** *** ***, FL The Zillow representative states this is a reflection of local municipality boundariesHowever the search is not showing the house in any boundaryFurthermore this address is registered with the USPS, a federal entityIf you search this address via http://www.usnaviguide.com/ to locate the zipcode for the property it shows to be a Fountain, FL addressI am tiredTired of dealing with representatives of Zillow that will not resolve my issueThis house has been listed for days and you can clearly look at the statistics to see that its not getting any attention because it will not show up in any searchesI have asked to escalate the issue and gotten no response

While admitting on the phone to me that Zillow has no way of appraising or valueing my house. The Zillow Zestimate continues to Pop Up for prospective home buyers on the forsalebyowner site valueing my hame at about 40% of the appraised value listed on appraisals that I Had done on my home and despite my informing them several times. The zillow site claims there is no factual basis for their home zestimate and cannot tell me how they got their figures.I have had my Beautiful home on the lake listed for more than months without a single inquiry from any prospective buyers partially because of the Zestimate Popups at the bottom of my listing page.I had tried several times to adjust or revise the zestimate with only minimal results.I had an agent from FSBO also try and adjust or revise the zestimate also having minimal success. To this day the zestimate values my home for sale at $100,Less than my lowest Appraisal

On June 19, I contact zillow (the parent company to hotpads)I informed them that I wanted every associated account with the parent company closedI was informed they would pass along the message to affiliated companies and inform me when it was completedI followed up on June 21, for a status updateMessage was ignoredI followed up again on June 22, Again, message was ignored

On September 12th, I canceled my Premier Agent membershipOn September 13th and September 14th (end of contract date) I sent follow up emails regarding this matter to be sure they were aware I would NOT be charged for OctoberOn October 5th I was charged $1,Zillow is now saying they were not aware of my cancellationLuckily for me, I have all of it in writing via emails to multiple different people with Zillow

My Zillow representative Joey S*** told me that I would receive exclusive leads in my zip code, yet the leads that I have been given have also gone to other real estate agents because of the nature of the Zillow platformIn addition, he encouraged me to have others write reviews of my real estate assistance even though they are/were not clients, which I did not feel comfortable with (although I did ask for reviews from people who I provided real estate assistance to) Any time I made a complaint to Zillow that I was unhappy with the results, they simply stated that the problem was with me (I needed to increase my advertising) and encouraged me to obtain bogus recommendations from others (when I'm a new agent)I believe that this is an unfair and predatory business practiceThis company misrepresents their "services" to people who do not understand how Zillow operatesIn addition, I have paid Zillow more than $for receiving absolutely no valid leads in return - I have not re

As a Realtor I signed up to advertise through ZillowThe salesperson, Alex, while very polite, encouraged me to sign up “for six months to take advantage of a promotional offer.” In doing so, I thought that I signed up for six months of advertising just like anyone else would have thoughtUnfortunately I was wrong, and missed the small line at the bottom of the contract that states that the six month term date is just an “initial end date” and that the contract continues on a month to month basis until canceledShame on me, I’m out $that I really could have used, but at least I can save the next person from making the same mistakeThis agreement is misleadingWhen I brought my concern to customer service they chastised me saying, “oh what a shame, you should have been taking care of these customers! Think of how much money you probably lost!” Seriously? Very unprofessionalCheck your contracts and cancel when your “initial end date” comes around

Zillow and Trulia still have listings up for our house that hasn't been on market for yearsThese listings have photos and property descriptions that need to be removed for security purposes, it is something that should have been done years ago

Zillow arbitrarily dropped the estimated value (zestimate) of my home by over 30% in on day as I listed my home for sale by owner The advertised zestimate is not almost $300K below the market value When I try to call to have the issue addressed I'm directed directly to a real estate agent I have sent several emails to customer service informing them of the issue and asking them what caused the drop and I am receiving no help at all and the zestimate is still incorrect
It appears that this is a scam as Zillow makes its money by selling "leads" to real estate agents I actually had one of the agents which I was directed to do a CMA which confirmed my homes value near $600k, I sent this along with other collaborating facts to Zillow and they refuse to address the issue
This is directly impacting my effort to sell my home and I believe that this misrepresentation is a form of liable
Zillow customer service is completely ignoring the issue and not making any effort

Their property estimating tool Zestimate is inaccurate to point of being damaging to the consumer, regardless of their disclaimersIn my case, the Zestimate is nearly 20% lower than the estimates shown on other listing sites in addition to a recent appraisal we received while applying for a refinance - which threatens our ability to obtain an approvalZillow’s disclaimer regarding this matter provides zero protectionTheir entire brand leverages the Zestimate, and whether they claim it replaces an appraisal or not does not prevent these situations from being damagingThey have no customer service line to handle these issues, and I spent hours emailing customer service associates who do nothing more that paste the same template responses into their repliesThey blamed the issue on their algorithm, but their algorithm is applying sales comps from to my propertyClearly their algorithm is completely broken and I’ve demanded that they either correct the issue or, if this is not

Zillow has my address on the same site as a forclosure house which is next to meI am calling Appraisers bow an they see thisMine is ** * *** ** *** *** My neighbors is ** * *** ** *** **Hers comes up also when mine is put in Google barBefore u even tap on the site , u can see on neighbors her address an in body of her site u can see ** * ***I am outragedHers also mentions bidding!!! *

I have tried to contact you you several rimes by phone and other meansFirst off, no one answers your phone so forget about talking to a real personSecondly and most importantly, I have tried to cancel my listing several times and I know how to do it, I end up back at the previous selection (Again, if I could speak to a human I would be able to be more precise), finally, I have tried to cancel an open house over the last days but because of my inability to make changes my open house is still set to happenIt will be interesting to see the response from prospective buyers when I tell the aboveYour lack of response to my many attempts to contact you will be an professional Embarrassment to Zillow
