In reviewing the property page, the previous description and photos were left on this page from the last listing in We have removed this previous listing description and photos on this individual's behalfScreenshot attached. Active listings are sent to Zillow through a variety of
feed sources such as partners, brokers, agents, third-party feed providers, and in some cases, directly from an MLSCurrently, we are not receiving a listing feed from this individual's agent indicating the home is for saleAs a result, the property does not appear in For Sale searches on ZillowIf this individual would like their home to appear in active For Sale searches, their agent will need to send the listing to us. Please keep in mind that Zillow displays property information to provide consumers with transparent real estate informationWe receive this information from public records gathered by a third-party data collector from each county and from user-provided submissionsProperty data appears on Zillow regardless of if a home is actively listed for sale or notOur mission is to empower consumers with information and tools to make smart decisions about homes, real estate, and mortgages. We provide homeowners with tools to edit a number of facts that appear on a property pageBy editing home facts directly, the homeowner can ensure the home information is as up-to-date and accurate as possible but we do not remove entire pages from our database. If this individual needs assistance in the future, we recommend contacting our Consumer Care Team via our Help Center: www.zillow.com/help

I am rejecting this response because: They respond to me by email today. I would like to talk to someone directly who can answer my concerns. It was not taken off by me on March 29th and I have not talked directly to anyone since March 24th. It will not let me edit my information because it says I can not claim it. They are slow and it is terrible customer service. I am still not happy with the outcome. I would like a phone number and someone to talk to directly at Zillow before I am happy
Sincerely,

Ever since I updated my home info with additional details years ago, Zillow has displayed my ZEstimate much, much lower than it should be and much lower than the very same homes in my development I provided additional details and yet it shows my B unit significantly lower than the others around me I have questioned Zillow directly, repeatedly, and they simply give me a canned response and refuse to investigate the issue I've even provided appraisal info that clearly shows that my home is being undervalued by Zillow and still they refuse to do anything about it This significant misrepresentation of our property value could really affect the sale of our home

Zillow.com has listed my year old parents house for sale on their websiteIt has an aerial picture of their homeThey live in a very secluded area and they have already had someone show up there, I am very concerned for their safetyMy parents do not own a computer nor do they even know how to use oneI have contacted the company, someone from your office gave me their number and all I could reach was voicemail'sI have demanded for them to take it down immediately I am hoping you can help me with this serious privacy issueMy father is very upsetThe listing is *** *** *** *** *** My brother and I live over an hour away and cannot get to them everyday and I am afraid someone is gong to see the ad and see how secluded it is an bring harm to them so anything you can do to get this ad down will be greatly appreciatedI really do not want to contact my lawyer again but I will if they do not take it down

We had listed our home last September and took off the market beginning of November for the winterThe realtor at that time dropped the price down and we had no luck so we relisted our home with another agent and went on the market yesterday 5/16/My current realtors information overrode all prior information on all other realtor websites with the exception of ZillowThey have it listed that we've had the house on the market for 260+ days and that is incorrect they also have it showing that we had dropped the price down to 500,which my last realtor did a price range from 500,to 530,so Zillow is showing that the last time we had it on market it was listed at 500,and now we have it listed at 529,so it looks like we increased it by 30,that is wrongI've called and left at least six messages I actually found two individual names left them messages and I've emailed ZILLOW at least four times I have had no response from any of itI do not want this on their web

Revdex.com:I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me
Thank you for your help during this processIt did take a few extra hours for calls to stop since the number was already sent out, but they have stopped

We apologize if this individual is unsatisfied with the current design of our websiteAs mentioned previously, Zillow's site is currently setup to search based off city limits provided by public recordsWe are not disputing that the legal address for this home is CloquetWe are simply saying the home's physical location is not within the city limits and as a result, it will not appear in a search of homes that fall within Cloquet, MN boundariesIf the city limits are extended in the future by the city, the search results on Zillow will be automatically updated accordinglyUnfortunately, we cannot manually change these boundaries or search results in the manner this individual is requestingThe listing can still be found using the alternative search suggestions we previously providedOur response remains the same and no further action can be taken at this time

Hi ***,
Sorry to hear about the trouble with deleting your profilesI've researched this and it looks like the trouble you're having on Trulia is because of a technical bug that is affecting a small handful of customersOur engineers have prioritized this issue and are working on a
resolutionI have deleted your profile from Zillow and confirmed that you are no longer showing on our siteShould you have further questions, feel free to reach out to [email protected]

My home was falsely listed as "pending" for several years, this was unknown to meI have recently attempted to list it on the "for sale by owner"I was contacted by a member of Zillow and he was able to remove my old listing and get the process started to list itHe was very nice and helpfulI was then contacted four days later (website says within hours) to verifyEdwin asked me for the listing price which I told him I used the zestimate as the asking priceHe then said he could not verify so he was rejecting my listing because he had a different listing priceI then asked to speak with a supervisor and he claimed "he was in a meeting" and only offered and customer service email address and then basically hung up on meI was assured over the phone by the previous representative that the listing process was smooth and it has been everything but smooth

I canceled service advertising service through the website on December 29th, My credit card was charged $on January 1, I emailed and requested a refund A refund of $is in motion to be credited I emailed and talked to billing about the correct credit Matt in billing stated $could not be refunded because I received advertising from December 30th thru today's date, January 4th, I explained to Matt that I canceled service on my account on December 29th, My account stated the zip code advertising was canceled I can not be charge a prorated amount for a canceled advertising service Matt explained it is impossible to cancel advertising online It can only be done through email or via telephone I told him that I did indeed canceled the service under my account status The zip code advertising even stated that I had canceled service but yet zillow continued to charge me $on the January 1st,
I recommend that Revdex.com look into hi

They price homes at a value and have no idea how to come up with itPublish a value for home owner and drop it in half for public even when proof of home valueContacted them because it is causing lose of sale on a home and provided tax value proof of value and they flat refuse to fix it or take my homes off their siteI feel there service is a huge injustice to home owners trying to sell homes because public goes off their so called Zestimate which is not accurate

I am a real estate broker listed as an agent on Zillow Recently, someone created a fake profile to leave me a fake star review When I contacted Zillow to point this out, they refused to remove itThis is defamation of my name and characterThe review is up on their siteEvery day that it's there, people see it and my lowered rating scoreI have never met the reviewer in my life, nor do I know anyone by that name

Below represents an issue of how Zillow, a publicly traded company valued at $billion based out of Seattle, secretly bills consumersHere are the facts, to which Zillow cannot disputeIn early Dec., I notified Zillow (as the parent company of Trulia.com) that Trulia billed me for $in unsolicited services, at a rate of $a month to my company debit cardThe billing issue began July I notified Zillow by phone that after I noticed this $charge, I logged into Trulia to locate the reason for said chargeA Zillow rep and then a manager (Chris S***) both said the billing for this service was visible on Trulia’s website under "account settings" tab under my log-inI sent them screenshots proving it was notIn other words, there was no way except for seeing the charge in my credit card statement for me to know I was being billed or to unsubscribe from what it called the Trulia Pro serviceBackstory: apparently, in June, when I placed a second advertisement online for

Hello,
I am wondering if you can help me or give me direction with a situation I have with Zillow and privacy rights? I had my Home listed on zillow, for sale by me the ownerI have now removed the listing and took down all the information they(zillow) are allowing me to remove since the home is no longer for sale, but there are a few things they are not allowing me to remove/doZillow will not remove my personal price change history that I have personally made and changed as I was trying to sell my homePlease note that I am not talking about public sale and tax information through/with the town/county/stateI am talking about my own personal listing/asking price and changes in price for my home that I was trying to sellWhat gives them the right to keep my personal asking price and changes information? Again I am not talking about public tax and history sold/price public information/recordsJust my own personal price change information as I was doing for sale by owner tho

We acquired/purchased an investment property several months agoZillow/Trulia has not removed photos and property description from listingsThese need to be removed because of privacy and safety issuesI am fully aware that Zillow's policy is leave all public record information on their listings however photos and property descriptions are not public record*** ***
