We recently discovered our house is listed on their website as under pre-foreclosureWe have contacted several individuals at Zillow who say the information is coming from our bankWe have been in contact with the bank who we have the loan through and they assure us that our payments are up to date and we are not at risk of foreclosureWe have been back in contact with Zillow and they are still giving us the run aroundIn the mean time we have people walking around our property checking out the house they believe to be under foreclosureWe need to get this information removed from their website

I am a realtor in Maryland and thoroughly frustrated with the inability to contact zillow with concerns about my business First of all, let it be know that I have left several messages over the past couple of months and no one has gotten back to me This company advertises our listings and sells leads back to the agentHonestly, I think the whole system is deceptive and a racket but it is so huge and out of control, we are forced to participate I work as a solo agent with the exception of teaming with my daughter on a part time basis There are agents out there who have up to 30+ agents under them taking credit for all their statisticsI have caught agents taking credit for my buyer sale in our mls which is than uploaded into zillow A lot of agents don't realize this problem exists to even call them out on itThis makes the playing field very unfair as it is more like competing with a company vs another single agentThey use these stats to sell the public on their stardom

Our condo has been listed for saleZillow has determined a "value" (Zestimate) for our condo that is 56% below the estimated value of an identical unit in the same building that we live in and dramatically below all other comparables in our Portland, OR neighborhoodThey have placed a Zillow Zestimate of $230,on a unit that was purchased for $419,three years ago, has been well maintained and upgraded, and is clearly worth well in excess of $500,at this point in timeWhen we contacted them about the obvious failure of their 'proprietary algorithm', they refused to review the data used to generate the estimate or in any way consider that their algorithm was accessing erroneous dataThe result is that they are negatively impacting the sale of our unit without providing us - the owner and consumer - the opportunity to correct the dataThis is having a negative impact on our ability to sell our homeWe have contacted Zillow as has our real estate agent and they have indica

For the past days, it has come to our attention that Zillow and their affiliate, Trulia, have been posting that our property was in Foreclosure - Notice of Default through *** Bank, the posting also shows Foreclosed and that the lender may list it for sale at a later timeThis is a blatant lie, and we have NEVER BEEN LATE on our mortgage!!!! This is libel and defamation, and they were notified to remove the posting on 3/20/and have failed to do soZillow has yet to even reply me on this matter! This is libel and defamation of characterImmediate corrective action is needed

I am and live in Portland, ORMy sister and I drove hours to Klamath Falls, OR in order to view the many low cost house and apartment listings posted by ZillowOne did not exist, several were never listed or didn't answer the phone calls I madeNone of the places listed either existed or were not for rentAll were supposedly for rent in the $a month range which is all I can affordAt one posting which I did find I talked to the woman manager and she said it often happened that people were mislead by these ads and came looking for rentals that were not availableCan't these untrue ads be stopped? Doesn't any check on this or doesn't anyone care? I can't afford to be traveling, looking for rentals, not knowing if the ads I'm reading are real or notHope someone reads thisThank you

We have been trying to list our home, however the post does not show upIf we enter the address, it is listed as "off market"We have been trying to get this resolved with them over the past week with no resultsThe e-mails state that they will look into it, but nothing is being done

I listed my home with Zillow.com and prior to that, I tried to make changes using their website enhancements to show a correct "Zestimate" of my homeyears ago, the home was purchased for $350,000, and home prices have gone up substantially since thenI had an appraisal done on the home years after purchasing it, and that came in at $420,My Zestimate shows $I wrote to Zillow through their "contact here" section, and at first received no answer or responseI wrote again a couple days later, explaining that there are homes that are sqftsmaller than mine that they show with a higher Zestimate than mineI also gave them one listing that is sqftsmaller, has no garage, mine has a car garage, and that my home has just been completely remodeled from top to bottom, and is completely landscaped, something none of the other homes haveI received two nasty emails, one calling me "dude" and telling me to "chill and go have a beer"Another one told me to cal

I Had my home listed for sale by owner on zillow.com for a little over a month, suddenly today it says off marketNow its asking me to resubmit the listing and wait another few days to get the listing verifiedAlso this will cause more confusion in the price history section now as it will show more entries with dataNot sure why Zillow is making this so complicated

Zillow posts information on real estate for sale in my stateThey do not update their information in a timely manner to reflect changes to the local MLS listingsI sent a complaint via email and never got a responseThere is no way to reach a customer service representative directlyThey have a powerful market presence and therefore a responsibility to keep their postings current so that the people paying for the MLS get their information out to the public accurately to avoid misrepresentations in the real estate market

I find it puzzling that Zillow is finding it difficult to remove a piece of information from my property's page that Zillow itself posted on my page without permission despite various requests to Zillow's customer service rep (Judy)Just to reiterate my repeated requests, I need the 6/15/event reference to be removed immediately from my property page (address: *** ** *** *** *** ** ***)It is truly unjustifiable that a prominent company (Zillow) that erroneously inserted information on a page that is on Zillow's own website is unable to remedy its own mistake by simply deleting the entry from the page

To start, zillow allowed intentionally erroneous information to be posted about a home for sale listingThey are supposed to review all listings and approve of the information, however, they allowed the home square footage and amenities listed to be intentionally incorrectThat aside, I am now the owner of the home, and they will not remove the listing or update the status to unavailableAs a direct result of this, cars are slowly driving by my home, stopping in front of my home, and even pulling onto our drivewayWe are concerned for our security and privacy! I have been attempting to contact anyone at zillow for close to two weeksWhen you find the customer service number online, which is not easy, every prompted option ends in an immediate voicemailIt is impossible to speak to anyoneWe would not have a problem with this customer service strategy, however, no one ever returns the voicemails that we have been leaving

I was on a month to month contract with zillow for advertising servicesI reached out via my personal cell phone and spoke with someone in customer service to cancel my accountI was then billed for two subsequent monthsI have spoken to my account rep and his bossThey told me they have no record of my phone call; however, I have a cell phone bill showing that my private number contacted them prior to billing servicesSince, I did not record the call and prove to them that I had directly told them to cancel the account, even though I didThey would not refund me my fundsAny future attempt to collect has been met with delays and resistance

I am receiving phone calls on my personal cell phone by persons asking if my property is still for sale I respond by telling them my house is not for sale When I ask these individuals where they got this information and my personal cell phone number, they tell me they found the information on Zillow.com I checked their website and did find my house among the listings I did have my house available for sale years ago with a local realtor; however, I decided to keep my property and had it removed from being listed, or so I thought I contacted the realtor and asked him why these online listings were never removed He informed me that he was not responsible for posting my house or the photos of my house on their website He told me to contact Zillow.com directly to have it removed I wrote their customer service an email explaining my issue with their listing of my property on their website and that I am being contacted by persons interested I asked them to remove the listi

Zillow sales contacted me and sold me zip code advertisement for $on Oct 11th I did not get any quality lead as she promised but spam callsSo I called and emailed on Oct 15th to cancel my serviceThe sales told me that she will get me full refund
But without my permission she switched me to a different zip codeShe reached out and asked me about it, I told her I just want to cancel for nowAfter that I only got a refund of $
Not only that Zillow didn't keep their promise to give me full refund, I paid $for the sales delayed cancellation and unauthorized service! I felt very cheated
I thought Zillow is a good companyI can't believe Zillow handle their business in this wayIt's not honorable

Zillow is your typcial greedy corporation that is too big to help us small-time just-beginning real estate agents My real estate office pays $2,a month to Zillow for leads The customer service my principal broker receives is unacceptable (in their own words) The customer service I received as an agent is unacceptable Dear Zillow: you make me sick I am hoping that Karma comes back around soon

I have contacted Zillow and Trulia numerous times requesting that they delete my accounts in their entiretyDespite my requests, my accounts still exist publiclyThe main issue, besides my privacy rights, is that I am no longer a realtor, as my licenses have expired long agoI checked with the National Association of Realtors, and the Maryland Association of Realtors, and it is absolutely illegal to advertise my information as a licensed real estate agent, when I've made it clear to both Zillow and Trulia I no longer hold a real estate licenseThis is not only advertising, but a severe breach of privacy that I can see is prevalent across the U.S regarding these companiesI do not want my accounts merely "disabled." I would like all of my Trulia and Zillow accounts deleted completely from their database forever

Zillow does not authenticate an individual before allowing them to take over posting pictures and details of a homeA scammer took over the details of my home and changed the squared footage to force the zestimate to re-calculateThey also posted fake pictures (not of my home) which Zillow will not take down and does not provide any facilities to take downNow my home is under valued with "data science" Zillow purports is accurate, and is used to create impressions with buyers by promoting their "zestimate" formula

Zillow provides a price Zestimate which is an artificial price guide for people who visit their web siteThis number is shown as representing the value of a homeFor my home, recently on the market, this price guide ($528k) is around $60k lower than the realtor estimated value ($585k)(Our property sold for $629k in the past.) Using Zillow's own tools on the website which permits me as a private user to remove comps that are in lower category neighborhoods, provides a price guide of $620kBecause of the lower price valuation, people are not interested in the property (Zillow shows a count of people who have saved the property and this is basically when you exclude family)The house is beautiful, the neighborhood is amazingA similar house down the road sold for $585k the other dayOnly months ago their estimate was over $600k and for some reason plummeted on my property despite the market moving upwardI have attempted to get Zillow to amend their price valuation but they a

In *** I entered into a co-marketing agreement with a Realtor for a marketing campaignI agreed to pay the $fee on a monthly basis, however the Realtor elected to pay the year Fee in advance, in fullSince we both choose difference payment methods (monthly vsyearly), Zillow would not allow itBoth payment options had to be paid by the same methodI terminated my co-marketing agreement at that time, as I did not want to pay year in advanceNo payment was charged to me at that timeIn *** 2016, unbeknownst to me, with no agreement with Zillow, the Realtor or otherwise, Zillow began charging my credit card $100/moAdam S***, Lead Account Executive, Mortgage Sales with Zillow is refusing to refund the $they charged on my credit card appx year after the co-marketing campaign was terminated (when they should not even of had my credit card # on file)The charge is fraudulent and erroneous

To whom it may concern; We have taken a look at *** ***'s profile and found that the account was not completely opted-out of receiving listing reports, as she'd still had 'Saved Homes' on her profile, which generated those listing reportsWe've removed the Saved Homes and have opted her out of
receiving all Zillow-related emails except for those like password resets.Regards,Rochelle G.SrAgent Care ConsultantZillow Group
