on 08/05/ a user called - *** *** made untruthful remarks that have greatly impacted on my business and reputation as a RealtorFirst, she cleared showed she wanted to damage my image while calling me "A LIAR" and a professional not qualified to do my jobI was very surprised Zillow actually let such a reviewed to be published as her review had almost nothing to do with the nature of the Real Estate transaction she was in Second, The client Lied in several parts of the reviewShe never bought a home undervaluedThe appraisal actually came higher than the house worth itThird, she mentioned I stated I was going to buy her property which is also not the truth Moreover, This actually has absolutely nothing to do with the transaction itself even if it wasThird, She complains about the Home Break-ins which has absolutely nothing to do with my job or my control over thisClear this client just wanted to hurt my image and that's the clear nature of this "FAKE" and "MALICIOU
The value of our home was listed on zestimate from zillow.com for $361k not more than a week ago*** probably works off of their figures too and they also dropped from $362k for our house
to $339k within a weekWE WERE JUST SET TO PUT OUR HOUSE ON THE MARKETOnly two realtors knew that we
were about to do so, and now the value of our home on these two key web sites has dropped by more than thousand dollarsI want to know why and who caused this to happenIt is a reasonable question I have posed to zillow and have not yet heard a responseThe market is doing nothing but rising, so why within days of us listing has this happened?
My property is for sale and is listed with the *** I just discovered that it is listed on Zillow as well Their "Zestimate" for this property is entirely incorrect, and they will not acknowledge that it is incorrect, nor will they attempt to put a more reasonable "Zestimate" on their website My property's "Zestimate" is ONE THIRD of my tax assessed value My property's "Zestimate" is HALF of the "Zestimate" of other properties in the area that have a MUCH lower tax assessed value Zillow's "rent zestimate" for my property is $PER MONTH.....I have rented this property out for $PER WEEK many times, so obviously there is something wrong here They REFUSE to remove my property from their website or their database They REFUSE to change my "Zestimate" This is affecting my ability to sell my propertyThis company has a long list of lawsuits against them ranging from labor violations to fraud I believe that the consumer is hurt by this company -- the buyer is being m

I have been trying to list my house on ZillowI entered all of my information, photos etcI went to list it By OwnerA page comes up that says you were successful and it may take up to hours to show upThe house never shows up on ZillowIt says Off Market I tried for days to call them and email them to help me and they NEVER responded! Not once! About a week later, I could go back into my listing and try to re-list itAgain, the page comes up that says you were successful and that it may take up to hours to show up on ZillowThat was five days ago and my house still is not listed and now if I try to go back in to re-list my home, it says you were successful and it will appear within hours! I'm not going to try to contact them again because I know they will not respondThe last time I left messages on their customer service line, I begged them to call me back! They did not respond! So, I say Zillow has horrible customer service and horrible IT support! I will not recommend them to anyone!
As I was sitting making funeral arrangements for my Mother, I learned that my name, phone number and email address had been used without my consent or authorization on a Home Rental Site called "Zillow"In my quest to find out who had done this or how it happened, I was treated very cavalierly and rather dismissed about it allIt was not taken seriouslyI was told my information had been removed yet using my information I can still see I'm right thereThen I'm told I must have used something called a post letI explained I don't know what that isMeanwhile I'm an emotional wreck and many hundred miles away from the situationI am already dealing with being the victim of identity theft years ago In my quest to explain that to them and why this is more serious than they seem to be taking it, they brusjed me offThe lovely Owner of the home being rented hrs away from me, would like to now sue me because she thinks I set this up in some effort to discredit her good name Zillow was absolutely no help at allIn fact this was their last response to me:

Hi ***,
We will not be addressing this issue any furtherYou will have to request a subpoena for any further information regarding the account through our legal departmentAny further requests for assistance may be ignoredRegards,
Zillow Group Rentals
Zillow | Trulia | HotPads"Now I ask youHow dark are thier souls?
I will make it my mission to now Discredit them to everyone I come into contact with in the Property Management IndustryRetired or not, I have yrs of colleagues put thereThey are the ones I will come to next for information and advice on whatever is Zillow and a postlet isShame On You Zillow! You have no business being in the Customer Service IndustryThey deserve Minus Stars here
Zillow created a duplicate posting for my personal residence which included informationI requested that the posting be removed and my request was refusedThey would only remove the original posting that had the correct information for my propertyThe estimate of my property's value was $30,(about 10%) less with the incorrect informationAfter continued refusals to remove the incorrect posting, they finally changed the information that they had posted online to match the correct listing and deleted the original listingHowever, the estimate of my property stayed at the value based on the informationTheir formula for their estimate is still primarily driven by the information that they posted online about my home and they refuse to adjust thatSo Zillow posted information online about my home for the public to see that harmed its value (libel), and now continue to present a value to my home based on information that harms its value while m
We have owned our house for over years now and have edited the home facts that Zillow is advertising numerous times, yet for some reason the website defaults back to the description of when the home was for saleIt goes as far as listing the Agent and government program the house was sold throughThis has caused a lot of undue stress and unsolicited offers of sale and marketingWe have requested the issue be corrected by Zillow continuously and will get a response saying that they have resolved the issue and they close the complaint fileThe issue is not resolved and continues to be a major problem
Two MAJOR problemsFirst I cannot change my info on my homeThe exclusive agent contract was over May 30, and she has it still on your websiteWhen I go into change picsit states "Status can only be changed by the listing agent." And there was not a price reductionCan you please resolve this so I can update my home for sale?
After emails and calls to Zillow to help as they keep putting our listings under the Wrong City, we continue to get no responseThe most inaccurate real estate website out thereWe actually now discuss it in our listing presentations to warn sellers how inaccurate it iswe continue to request and call ZillowNothing!
I am a brand new agent and I am trying to build my businessI signed a contract for months for the zip codes I wanted I later found out that that the same veteran agents were offered the same deal without having to sign a contract and could cancel at anytimeI WAS NEVER offered that same optionWhen I contacted my sales rep (Rachel Bonnie) she seemed to never answer that or respond to that question
Also, I was very specific when I signed the contract that I could not answer phone calls so all my leads needed to come in as emails and textsShe said that was not a problem because that was two of the three ways the leads would come inTwo weeks later (which she knew) Zillow changed the terms and no longer delivered leads by text or email only phoneSo for months I have been paying $for something I cannot use and she refuses to let me out of my contract
She and Zillow is so money hungry for her/their commission that they prey on new agents that are looking to start
Zillow refuses to update a review which was revised by a client of mine who does not speak English and did not fully understand the translator who was helping him at the time he initially posted the reviewWhen the client, *** *** initially posted his review on 6/2/he did not understand the rating or what the stars represented or how to answer the questionsAccording to *** the star rating is an inaccurate representation from his perspective of my efforts and services as are the stars for local knowledge and process expertiseHe has since attempted to revise his ratings to reflect an accurate account his feelings about my services but Zillow refuses to publish the revised reviewThe inaccurate review which Zillow refuses to correct is damaging to my reputation and has a negative and very real impact on my business and a person's willingness to use my services
Contacted them several times regarding:
I have repeatedly asked you to remove my home from your listingI did NOT put it there and it isn't for sale any longer and hasn't been for sale since the end of October Plus the fact that last Autumn you had it listed at well over $320,and (and even higher earlier this year) now you have it valued at 284,which is much less than an agent valued it at when it WAS for sale over two years agoWe MAY have to sell it eventually and this is NOT a help especially since we did some interior upgrades AND added solar panels AFTER you had it listed for $320,000.00+ The photos the agent used are substandard (blurry, etc., I have GOOD photos) and some are not even up to date nowIf you don't remove it from your site I will have to take further action
I am the listing Broker and homeowner of *** *** *** *** ** ***Zillow has placed an incorrect valuation (Zestimate) around $195,less than a recent appraisal conducted on this homeThe property in reference appraised 6/8/for $389,and Last November for $368,I have contacted zillow on multiple occasions thru email and phone and have had nothing done to correct the issueI want the incorrect valuation corrected with licensed appraisal data or removed all togetherTheir advertising is affecting my ability to sell my home for the appraised fair market value because consumer perception is being mislead by incorrect and inaccurate information
To Whom It May Concern:If *** would like to cancel, she can contact ***@zillow.com to discuss thisI've also included a link to our terms and conditions below.http://www.zillow.com/corp/SATerms.htm
Zillow has my home listed for sale on it's website as a foreclosureMy home is not for sale and it has not been foreclosed onI have made repeated attempts to contact Zillow and have not been able to get a return callThis is a huge safety concern for me, as people have been caught wandering around my home trying to look at itMy daughter and I live alone, and it concerns me that this is happeningI also feel like it is defamation of character, as I have had people contact me to ask "What is going on with the foreclosure"
Zillow receives foreclosure and pre-foreclosure information from a third-party that aggregates public records dataOn occasion, this information can get misreported to us which looks to be the case hereI understand and share your concern that you do not want foreclosure information listed
on this property pageThe foreclosure status has been removed and the update is effective immediately
This is the worst company I have ever seenNo phone number to contactNo one respond in an emailSimply ignores every communicationMy sold price and date is visible and the price is less than I actually paidEven though I sent an email on May and still following up no one responded yetI called the corporate office but no one picks up the phone no matter which option you chooseIf this company is reporting the price and zetimate for every home in US, they should have some business ethics These people are totally unethical bunch
I have an EXCLUSIVE listing agreement with my sellers and I manually uploaded my listing, located at *** * *** *** *** *** ** ***, to ZillowOn the mobile site their is a HUGE button that says "CALL AGENT", which a buyer is led to believe is the LISTING AGENT but instead it calls Jared Fields, a BUYER's AGENT who is paying Zillow for leads!!! It is ILLEGAL for Zillow to be poaching my listing and the listing of other listing agents for leads, which they SELLThe number the "CALL AGENT" button calls is ***, which cycles through the PAYING agent customers of Zillow rather than calling the LISTIG AGENTI called Zillow yesterday furious about this and they said it would be changed but it still is notMeanwhile, I am losing leads which I am entitled to from MY listing
We have had our house listed for over a month now and every time we log on to your site you've changed our square footage from to (a bedroom full bathrooms )and devaluing itNow it ssys its off the market. We have cameras set when people come to view and they mention these mistakes costing us time as well as salesEach time we've told our agent who has tried contacting you another misprint is foundI suggest you rectify this matter immediately to avoid a law suit*** ***
