Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and find that this resolution is satisfactory to meHowever, I did contact the listed broker and he did not know why Zillow had the listing up on their site The house was not for sale on the listed broker's website because this was a listing from The listing did not appear on any other real estate database This was an error by Zillow.com and no one else I am thankful that the listing has now been removed from the website and I thank Revdex.com for that since Zillow was unresponsive to my four or five emails Sincerely, [redacted]

Contacted them several times regarding: I have repeatedly asked you to remove my home from your listingI did NOT put it there and it isn't for sale any longer and hasn't been for sale since the end of October Plus the fact that last Autumn you had it listed at well over $320,and (and even higher earlier this year) now you have it valued at 284,which is much less than an agent valued it at when it WAS for sale over two years agoWe MAY have to sell it eventually and this is NOT a help especially since we did some interior upgrades AND added solar panels AFTER you had it listed for $320,000.00+ The photos the agent used are substandard (blurry, etc., I have GOOD photos) and some are not even up to date nowIf you don't remove it from your site I will have to take further action

I am extremely upset with zillow after submitting my FSBO listing on Wednesday, March 1stI was not contacted to have the information confirmed until Saturday, March 4th (after repeatedly reaching out to Zillow customer service) and after having representatives confirm my information, my link STILL is not activeI have reached out several times, to no availIt is ridiculous and disappointing that it takes days for my information to be confirmed, then the website doesn't work to activate my listingZillow customer service has NOT been helpful, and it is extremely disappointing that a larger company such as Zillow treats their customers this poorly

I opened an add with the Zillow Group last week on approximately august 2nd or 3rd After many attempts to get my listing verified, they have decided there is a glitch in my ad and they are unable to delete it in the department that answers the phone They forward me to an email address which has an auto response but never contacts me I just want my listing that is hanging out there to be deleted They have the incorrect price displayed and it is hindering the sell of my home
