Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:Again, all liesI contacted Zillow on June 8th NOT June 3rdThe person handling my account would never return my calls or emailsMy account has always gotten billed on the 8th not the 1st of the month which is why I called on the 8th right after it appeared on my American ExpressAs previously stated I have contacted showcasetermination.com as they advised me to and no response from anyone there eitherThis is all games to Zillow and it seems as though they need to be taught a lesson by an attorneyThe whole thing has been such a waste of time and moneySomeone needs to stand up to these people Sincerely, [redacted]

In July of I agreed to use Zillow to get leads for real estateThe contract was for months at $3,I contacted them in October of to try and end my contract with them, since it required a month noticeI was told that I had to pay to end the contract before December So I told my contact person that I didn't get any sales from the leads they sentThe clients either didn't have the credit for financing or have the ability to buy or they were just looking not ready to purchase property1/of the clients were looking for rental property as wellZillow was informed we don't handle rental propertiesIn January of my bank card was debited for $When I contacted Zillow they informed me that they would not credit it back because I didn't cancel the contractHowever I did request for them to cancel it in October of at the end of the terms, which were to be December They refused to credit the full amount they finally agreed to credit $wh

I had signed up to advertise on Zillow.com as a RealtorI gave them my credit card number on June 5th, 2017, over the phone for month of advertisingThe rep, Matt stated that I could get an upgraded service for a little more moneyI declined at the time., but told him I would think about it and he stated he would call me back in a couple days He never called, in the mean time, my bank re-issued new debit cards to all its customers using a new carrier I received a call from Matt on July 31st that I owe money for the month of July; which I never signed up for! They tried to run my credit card a few times without notifying or informing me and it would not go through, so they "claim" they continued to provide me service without payment for days and that I owe a bill of $I dispute that I owe this money and refuse to pay it I would like to advertise with them again for a longer period this time to see how a long-term ad will benefit me; but they will not allow me

This individual is correct in that Zillow is not a licensed appraiser which is why Zillow does not provide appraisalsAgain, we'd like to stress the Zestimate is an estimate and we make this clear to all users on our siteSee attachedThere is no further action we can take at this time, as we do not remove individual Zestimates from our site

I have been with Zillow as a premier agent for over years In the last months things have changed drastically Listings drop, leads are bad, etc I tried to call to cancel some of my impressions, I wanted to go from a a month budget to a month I have been trying unsuccessfully for over a weekI keep getting people saying they are going to call me back I told them I do not want a call back I just want to be canceled, This has been unsuccessfull I am at a loss for words and still don't know how I am going to cancel my membership They just won't let me do it They are trying everything in their power to be unavailable so that I cannot cancel

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: this is is a fake review from a person who I've never done any kind of business with, nor have I ever interacted with them in any wayThe review is disparaging my name and reputationIt is defamatoryIf you believe that this is not a fake review then verify the identity of the reviewer I do not mind receiving a negative review if I've done that work but my name should not be smeared by someone who may have a vendetta against me outside of real estate business and has created a fake account with a fake name most likely to describe a situation that has never occurred in the past and that I have had no party too If this review is allowed and then I can go on any of my competitors Zillow profiles and post negative reviews making up negative stories and making up fake namesI have never had a negative review in the years I've been in business and I will fight this to the bitter end Sincerely, [redacted]

Like this individual, Zillow strives to have updated listing information and understand this is a time-sensitive matterActive listings are sent to Zillow through a variety of feed sources such as partners, brokers, agents, third-party feed providers, and in some cases, directly from an MLS Previously, we were receiving the listing feed from [redacted] However, as of 5/the listing feed stopped getting sent to usZillow does not have access from other third-party databases, so we cannot pull the listing from other sourcesThe listing needs to be sent to Zillow directly from the agent's listing feed source Currently, we are not receiving a listing feed from this individual's agent indicating the home is for saleAs a result, the property does not appear in For Sale searches on ZillowIf this individual would like their home to appear in active For Sale searches, their agent will need to send the listing to us as we previously mentioned in our correspondence with this individual.Since agent listing feeds are controlled by a third-party, Zillow does not have access to directly re-post this listingThis individual can send this link to their agent so they can get the listing feed re-activated on their end as soon as possible: https://zillow.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/227960468-How-does-Zillow-get-listi... the agent experiences technical difficulties, they can contact [email protected] and one of our technical account managers will be able to assistBeyond this, there is no further action we can take on our end at this time

After reviewing his account, we determined the Zillow platform was not a good fit for ***’s advertising objectivesWe canceled ***’s account per his request and issued a refund to cover amounts incurred after 11/9/

Zillow allows customers to enter in a phone number to contact when interested in propertiesThis number is then sent to hundreds of realtors that use this number to contact the personWe are a doctor's office and someone falsely used out numberWe have tried to contact Zillow directly for days with no responseWe have been getting calls from realtors every 5-mins for daysThis is NOT okay and borderline harassmentThere should be an easy way to get in contact with someone or delete a number when it is falsely used

This company repeatedly refuses to delete my account and personal information from their site and they have manipulated my home value estimates and published information so incorrectly that at my wit's end I changed all my profile info and they still won't delete itIt saddens me how Zillow has turned out to be a company run by such petty, unethical tyrants misusing personal dataI repeatedly receive spam email for an account to be deleted and I have tried and requested it be deleted at least times before giving up and just trying to scramble the info

I have sent requests for support staring Jan 25th and no replyThe site is broke and will not link my rental properties to my company pageAlso a property I own was not able to be properly updated

This company has my house listed as being foreclosed and for saleNeither which is trueI've sent them a complaint on their website informing them of the truth and told them to remove it or I would be forced to take legal actionsThe only reason I found out about the situation was because an acquaintance had a friend ask them about my house wanting to buy itI have no plans of selling, otherwise I wouldn't have found out until someone knocked on my door wanting to buy itI don't know how they got this supposed info, but we are the 2nd owner of the house, we bought the house in September of and have never been late with a payment, insurance or taxesWe also have not received any notification that we were in foreclosure because we aren't
