Not to mention in my previos correspondence with the csr they overlooked some other cards I had purchased so why couldnt this be the case now? I know that this is not the answer that you are looking for; However, all Pink Diamond cards that were supposed to be issued were issued correctly.

I was unable to find a ticket from you in regards to missing VC.  The only ticket showing on your Support account is on the topic of being stuck on the loading screen, which is why we recommended possible connection troubleshooting.If you would like to pursue the missing VC through this Revdex.com ticket I am fine with that. The company gave me back what I wanted. I can’t say there’s no complaints but I’m satisfied that I got what I’ve been waiting for. They handled the situation. You guys at the Revdex.com don’t have to do anything about 2k games.

As stated in the previous reply, and as you can see in the account transactions, the customer has all of the items and currency they are entitled to.
The card was received twice, and sold twice. No further compensation is due.

Im not refusing anything, Ive already tried several troubleshooting techniques they told me to do, and ive done everything they wanted from, testing my other player, siwtching remotes, reseting my system, changing my internet, deleting 2k18 and reinstalling it.
 
They now want me to take a video record of my system and show them the issue, right after that in the message they say they cant refund or credit me, so whats the point if they cant help me out?

We do not refund for missing or deleted files. Please follow the steps provided to you in your support ticket to resolve your issue.

I am rejecting this response because: they have not shown any proof or given any reasons on how I've accured points in an unacceptable way. The game has an auction house where you can purchase 'cards' to play with. Some people post cards on the auction house way cheaper than they should be posted, I buy those cards for cheap and resell them for a profit for my own use, not to sell or trade. I've never sold points before, all the points I've earned I've spent inside he game. A month long ban for playing the game smart is unacceptable to me as I've paid lots of money to enjoy this game mode.  All im asking is for the ban to be reversed so I can continue to enjoy the only basketball game on the market.
