I am rejecting this response because: there has still been no resolution so I don't feel I can accept the response until there is one I fear they will again tell me after their investigation that there is nothing they can do to help until I'm severely behind in payments, which again is what I'm trying to avoid

I am rejecting this response because: They sent one letter claiming late fees on the although there were no late fees charged in 2014.They have not responded to them stealing over 3k in and over 3k in As of todayI have fees listed on my statement of over they can only account for in late feesSeveral people have reported the same issueThey planned on using forced placed insurance the realized that wasn't going to workThey claim that was an error I have the payment log that say otherwise The person who sent the letters refuse to answer the phoneJust hidingI have a complaint application I need to return to the State Attorneys office

Penny Mac states they are coming to a conclusion to their investigationDoubt it! It will probably be the same conclusion that they have made a few times before alreadyTheir responses/conclusions have become redundant after several months of going back and forth with themMy attorney is even discouragedBottom line..Penny Mac is trying to change a mortgage contract that has already been signed, sealed and recordedThis company is a joke! They take your money and once you buy in, they could give a darn about you after thatRegarding Penny Mac staffthe right hand is definitely not feeding the left handTry reaching a representative and then another and see if you get the same answer! Better yet, call over there and see how many times you get transferred from office to officeNo one is working on the same page over thereIt is pathetic! I did receive a call from PennyMac after my complaint and the woman confirmed that the correction to the incorrect document had been made and sent out for recording on 1-27-She indicated that it had gone to the County in which I reside and that it would take to days to recordHowever, the County says it only takes day to record from the time they receive it and that they haven't received it (it has now been weeks)I called the contact at PennyMac back to find out if it was possible it was actually sent to a third party vendor to handle the recordingShe was going to check and call me back the next dayI have left two messages but haven't heard back from her yet.Still awaiting resolutionThere has been a lien incorrectly attached to my property for years as a result of PennyMac's document error and it's causing me considerable difficulty!
