I am rejecting this response because: I need time to evaluate the letter sent by the business. I did not see a valid reason why the business was attempting to hijack my mortgage payment. THe amount they offered now is lower than another letter sent to me. How is this possible or ethical? I will update in business days.

After reading other complaints I don't believe them nor do I think the letter will resolve my issueI feel they only want me to accept the response so that the matter is closedI also do not want to not reply as no response means the case is closed within days if no reply from meI will only consider accepting the response when and after I actually receive a letter from PennyMac and I am satisfied with their resolution
