I am rejecting this response because:A PennyMac representative has made brief contact and l hope to being able to work with someone able to take ownership of working with me to correctly resolve the problemsUntil such time as we're able to make an appointment to discuss and agree a course of action, the issues naturally remain unresolved and it would be premature to close this case

I am rejecting this response because:On 3/16/PennyMac Loan Services finally posted our mortgage payment for MarchBut I still have not received any correspondence from them as to why it takes so long to post our mortgage payment. I always pay our mortgage through my bank's online bill-pay on the 3rd of each month. Attached are two recent screenshots of when PennyMac actually posted our mortgage payments.This has been going on since February

mortgage and they don't want to release my flood insurance claim money $34,Inspection was completed at 100% on december 24thPennymac said they will release my funds and they have not released itThey don't want to release my funds and they keep ignoring meThey keep transfering me to different departments and giving me the runaroundPlease please please help me they are going to keep my insurance moneyI have already went through a lot with h*** I lost everything I ownThey told me to speak to Samuel H*** at extension but he doesn't answer nor returns my callThis lady name Karen ###-###-#### from escalations said she can't get ahold of anyone and that main office is not returning her calls or replying to herShe said that she doesn't know why they haven't given me my moneyTHANK YOU, S*** *** ###-###-#### Pennymac account number ***Please refund my claim check my family and I have already been through a lot

anything. I was guaranteed I would be contacted this morning, and yet again I was not contacted. I have so far been promised contact by the inspection company and a supervisor. Neither has happened to date!

a timely manner. Upon receipt of the Revdex.com notification, a PennyMac Representative reached out to MsH*** to discuss her concerns regarding credit reporting on November 30, 2016. A detailed letter of explanation will be sent to MsH*** under separate cover within business days. PennyMac values and protects its customers’ confidential information. Due to privacy reasons, we will refrain from posting any personal information to the Revdex.com site as we do not disclose our borrowers’ personal information.

regards to my complaintThis is what happened last timeThey responded to the complaint the Revdex.com passed on to PennyMac by saying they would look into itPennyMac never looked into the problem, and the Revdex.com just dropped itNow my mortgage balance went up.

I am rejecting this response because I've been told multiple times that my issues would be addressed by receiving a letter, and I never received any letters until the one that told me my forbearance was expiringI need someone (who has the capability of resolving this) to call me, not, send me a letter.
