I am rejecting this response because:This is my second complaint for the same processing errors from PennyMac Loan Services Insurance Claims departmentIt originally took over a month to process claims and properly issue checks for the work to correct the damage to my homeThis work is still not completeOn March 26, 2018 I submitted a new contract for required work to be completed in my homeIt is April 11, 2018 and I have yet to have the claim or check properly processedI have contractors scheduled to install and work in my house on April 14, 2018 and I do not have the funds from my claim in had to pay these contractors.I demand funds from the check I submitted in January to be released to meI submitted the completed and correct paper work three weeks agoPenny Mac's service is disgracefulness and unacceptableI wish my mortgage be sold to another lender so I never have to deal with this company againThe thought that I uphold and process all my obligations on time and the company not return the same respect is dishonest and the business practices should be considered unlawful

I am rejecting this response because:I have spoken to Kathy Martinez on Monday the 21st and she is working to get the issue resolved and I am greatful for her assistance! But at the same time I feel the service I received regarding this issue and the stress that Richard and Kyle put on us and basically calling us liars after we spent time away from work working with our bank sending multiple documents proving we paid and paid on time and them still not stepping to take care of the issue after my husband spent over hrs of work and myself and 1/hrs trying to get this resolved and nothing until I put this complaint in did I finally get some actionThank you
