BUSINESS days, which means 42+ calendar days, and Revdex.com will only keep the case open for days if I didn't respondAlso In PennyMac's response, it will be a "letter of explanation", no refund promised, although they did say this on the phoneBut to be remembered, based on my previous communication history with PennyMac, they also promised me to refund for times but didn't -- they've ruined my trust and patience?
