When an exchange is processed we credit the original order that was returned 1/28/16 and place a new orderWe placed a new order for the smaller size The customer was not charged by us for this order but an authorization was given by the bank which usually lasts days (each bank is
different)This item is unavailable so no charge was processed by our company and the bank drops any authorizations that are not charged which should have been approximately daysWe do not issue any refunds for this order because we never charged the customer

As stated on the website at checkout we were in the process of doing our yearly inventory and the items would be shipped immediately following the completionWe finished inventory on the 7th of April and the package shipped the next dayShipping time to California with rush shipping is 4-
business daysIf the package is due to be delivered on that is business days.I will refund the for your inconvenience of our inventory

I have given all your information to our Director of Marketing to remove your name from our mailing lists as well as not purchasing your name and address from other companies

Just plain lousy serviceA dysfunctional processA customer should not be charged unless a product is available and in the year the company should have a way of knowing what their inventory is and whether or not a product is in stockThey have the customer's e-mail (and phone number) yet no process or interest in notifying the customer-instead the customer had to call and wait on hold to find out why merchandise has not been shipped

An internet order was placed on 12/6/The Young Explorers VIP program was accepted at the end of the orderAll the details are given as well as you must enter information asked at time of accepting program for the verification that you wish to join. I do see that you contacted
the VIP program and your account for the two months charged were already refunded

All of the order was cancelled and the items she did receive we processed a credit for on 9/13/

The item was picked up by *** ** on 01/08/Once the item is received and the return processed a credit will be issued

Revdex.com, I have sent this over timesThe letter from the post office with the weight of pounds is dated July 12, The tracking number was logged into Pyramid Collections and on June 4, Customer Service Employee *** stated their company received the package on May 19, and *** privided me with the tracking numberThe original order number is *** which links to my order ***After being asked to get the paperwork from the post office, I mailed it in on August 19, I waited a few weeks each time before callingThe phone call on September 23, I was TOLD the refund WOULD happen within hours and to call back to check the statusI also advised the company that the debit card used had been stolen and closed; the CSR told me it HAD to go back onto that credit card which I explained was not a working cardI called back since I did not receive my refund, and the CSR this time told me I HAD to basically start all over again by sending the post office note to *** *Who is a supervisorI have filled all the requests and obligations and almost a year later I am still getting the run around from this companyThey have ALL the returned items and MY moneyThank you! *** ***

However, I need to point out that an order revised to Day *** (I was told it was OVERNIGHT, not day) on a Wednesday (the 18th) was NOT delivered until the 23rd - days - totally unacceptable and I needed it on the 21st I sent emails regarding this order and received canned responses with no follow up I had to call Shoddy customer service at best It took a Revdex.com complaint to get a response

First of all, I am in the Central time zone, which they know or could readily determine.Secondly, from the companies web page on shipping schedules, the delivery times for STANDARD SHIPPING to Central time zone is 3-days.I paid for rush service, on their web page of schedules, 2-that's FOUR days to DELIVERY. This does not even being to address my issueAbout an hour after I received a response from the Revdex.com telling me my complaint had been sent to The Pyramid Collection, my initial debit card payment was cancelled and replaced with a second, which was for the same amount MINUS the $international surchargeI can think of no possible reason for this except that I had stated in my complaint that I did not have the extra US$in my accountThis action suggests to me that they had received and read my complaint, but STILL refused to refund meThe initial payment is now no longer showing on my bank account online, but I am attaching a screenshot of the second payment, clearly marked 26th November, with the overdrawing fee for the original 16th November payment listed belowI am also including a copy of the shipping notification I received on 27th November - DAYS after I first requested a refundI tried contacting the company again after this and again I received no responseUpon request I can provide copies of the emails I have sent, and the automated responses I have received for each oneThe 27th of November also marked days since I unsubscribed from their mailing list, which they claim to take 7-days to take effect, but between the 27th and today, December 2nd, I have received sales promotion emails from them.The Pyramid Collection's behaviour is completely unacceptableThis company has proved to be not only ignorant and rude, but dishonest and downright deceitfulI will not be accepting the package when it arrives, and I will not pay for any return shipping costsI am still demanding a full refund, and for my details to be removed from their database
