The membership was accepted when you placed an internet order in I will contact the VIP program and have them cancel your membership and issue a refund

The only order we have for this customer is under *** *** and it was for item *** ** * which is on backorder at this time and will ship when it becomes availableWe are doing inventory and will resume shipping some time this week

The item you returned with the return label will be credited back to you and as soon as the correct item is available we will ship and bill you at that time

The credit was issued on 09/21/for bank reference number ***

The return was processed on 5/22/and the credit was processed back to the *** *** used for the purchase

The courtesy of a reply is never wasted. When a company ASSUMES their customer knows and understand their company policies without having the courtesy to respond to simple requests they create more problems. Customer Service is not a dead art and remains a very, extremely, important part of doing businessI have received my refund, but it goes nowherenear undoing the damage createdI will not ever purchase anything from this company again, nor will I recommend them to anyone else I knowI also want my personal information removed from ALL of their mailing lists, immediatelyMymailbox has been stuffed with their catalogs every day latelyMy address has been registered on the “do not mail” list for years now and I expect them to honor that list

I spoke with *** yesterday (7/22/2015) after he called the company care line numberHe signed a lease and was supposed to be moving into *** *** this upcoming Saturday (July 25)This past weekend, his father had a stroke and *** is now
moving in with his parents to care for themHe spoke with both *** and *** at the property regarding his optionsHe was in the office speaking today and *** explained that he could choose the "Failure to Occupy" which would mean he is responsible for rent, insurance and utilities until the apartment is re-rentedThey also explained the day Guarantee and explained that should the apartment not lease, then he would be released based on this agreement but that he would be responsible for all rent, utilities and insurance for a total of days from the lease start date (this is an addendum in the lease agreement that is reviewed and signed)They completed forms with *** agreeing to the terms of the Failure to Occupy and even supplied him with a breakdown of what money would be due when and what would happen in the event the apartment leasesAccording to the leasing staff, *** left the office understanding everything
After reviewing this with the property staff, *** called the Customer Care LineHe was not calling confused about his options, he was merely hoping that we would waive all fees for him considering his situationI explained to *** that we are in a legal lease contract and that these are the options put in place for circumstances such as thisI explained that I must remain consistent and would not be able to offer him any other option or waive any fees for himHe understood and thanked me for my time

In regards to the lease, both the lease holding resident and the management company are signing into a legal agreement and accepting the terms of that leaseIn the lease agreement, it explains the terms and different options that are available if the resident should not be able to fulfill the lease and need to terminate the agreement for whatever reason (family emergency, health, unsatisfied, etc)Those are the terms that we hold all residents to no matter the situation and cannot make exceptions for any one person; we remain fair and consistent by following directly from the lease agreement that both parties agree to

As stated we reviewed the recordings and the operators told the customer that the order was in the warehouse and would be shipped outWe do not have any control over the exact time frame the warehouse shipsIt is to be received to days from the ship date unless an express service is purchasedAs we stated we refunded the customer her postage for her inconvenience of not getting an email confirmation
