Tell us why here...The customer placed an order on the evening of March 18thThe order shipped on the 23rd of March and was delivered on the 28th of MarchInventory for our company was started on the 26th of March and all processes (shipping returns etc resumed on April
2nd....The customer's pkg was received the week of April 13th and the credit processed on April 20th

All of our calls are recorded and we listened to this callThe operator never told the customer she would get credits on her utilitiesWhat she was told was she could get free shipping and 10% off her order as well as 5% cash back every time she shopped at places like ***, ***, *** ***
etc.We received the package back with the PJ's in them and a refund was given.The other item that was sent from the Drop Shipper (the mattress pad) we have not received notification that they have gotten it back has not been creditedAs soon as they notify us we will issue the credit

]Their instructions never stated which holidays they honored and I know many businesses do not include Columbus Day as a holiday and I should be reimbursed my expedited shipping fees.

I do apologize that you received a defective itemI will issue a refund check in the amount of the orderAt this time we are in the middle of inventory and all processing will not be complete until March 7thAt that time a check will generate and you should have the refund by the week of March

The customer did place the order in June and the item was on back orderA day notice was sent out on 07/03/to the customer stating the item was still on back order and if she wanted to cancel or still wait for the itemWe never got a cancelation request The item arrived on
07/07/and went through quality control and shipped out to the customer on 07/12/We do have an unconditional return policy that states if for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase we'll exchange your product or refund the merchandise purchase price of the item whichever you preferWe do not have return labelsThe label in with their package is just a return label with the address to affix to the package when sending item(s) backIt is the customers responsibility to return the items if they do not want them

We do not have pre-paid labels but if you return the item along with the item number requesting a gift certificate in your name we would be happy to send one out

A check for was sentCheck number #***It was sent to *** *** *** *** *** *** * *** ** ***If you did not receive this check please let us know and we will cancel and stop payment on this check and reissue a new one

Because something is plac ed with a POSTAL WORKER does not mean that it reached its destination. The package was NOT signed for by us, and it was NOT received. We have been waiting now for over a MONTH for this PREDATORY COMPANY to refund our money. I have placed this story on You Tube and on every Consumer Advocacy Website on the internet. EXPRESSIONS are THIEVES, THIEVES, THIEVES. I am happy to know that the Revdex.com will reach millions with this story by placing it on their website as well, where customers can read the complains before purchasing. We want our money RETURNED. Period

I do not see any orders for you in our systemThe order number you gave us has the name of *** *** on the order formIf you can get a copy of the front and back of the cashed check so we can investigate this with our accounting department we would be able to issue a refund immediatelyJust

The customer did place an internet order in July of At that time at the end of their orders a third party company placed an offer to our customers offering them a program called ***We have not used this company in over years but we will make every effort to contact them in your
behalf and have your money refundedWe will update you when they have been reached

I realize that nothing more can be done at this point since my request was completely ignored, but I asked three times for a refund instead of a rechargeOnce in my second email, saying that if the replacement had not yet been shipped, after being promised that they would be, I wanted a refund insteadThen after being told once more that they would be shipped, I said no, I wanted a refundWhen this was ignored and a new order automatically placed, I sent in a new email requesting cancellation and refundThis too has been ignoredI specifically said that I no longer wanted the items, and that I wanted my money back instead
