The credit was processed for the dress and postage on 12/20/15 to the credit card used to purchase the item.

The customer did place an internet order where one of the items was on backorder. It holds up the order for up to 7 days waiting for the backordered item to become available. It was received and went through quality control on the 28th of August. We checked the recordings and the customer called on...

the 29th of August and the operator told her the order was in the warehouse ready to be shipped. At that time that was where the order was. All of the operators can only see where the package status is. It is up to the warehouse as to when they ship it out. A refund for the postage was done for her inconvenience as promised.

We contacted the customer and are sending out her order express.

The customer placed an internet order and at that time she checked off the start savings box along with her email address in the space provided for the program. I have contacted VIP to have all previous payments refunded to the credit card used when she placed the order.

the in stock items were not shipped on the 18th - they were taken to [redacted] but held until the 3rd item was in stock and all were shipped together on the 20th (I have attached a screen shot from [redacted] showing the package was not shipped until the 20th, shipment information was sent on the 18th but it was not shipped until the 20th).  All items have to be returned and as they were shipped to a friends home (where I was at Christmas) I have no way of addressing that - and I do not want my friend to have to pay shipping to send them back. Nor do I think I should pay shipping to send them back.Additionally - I have sent two e-mails to the companyover a week ago with a return e-mail saying I woudl get a response in 24 hours. I have yet to receive a response.

We have returned the incorrect item for a credit and then reshipped and billed the correct item and sent out on a two day express. Sorry for any inconvenience.

I have sent your request to have your email address removed to our ecommerce department. They will be returning to work on 08/15/17 at which time they will process the removal.

Both credits were done on 6/1/16 one to the [redacted] ending in [redacted] with a bank reference number of [redacted] for 49.95 and the other credit to the [redacted] card ending in [redacted] with a bank reference numbr of [redacted] for 49.95.

We have given you a full refund for both dresses the periwinkle as well as the navy dress that you still have. Return postage is not necessary because we did not charge you for the navy dress you have.
