I am rejecting this response because:
AGAIN, I AM THE CUSTOMERI DONT CARE WHO COVERS THE COSTS BUT IT SURE AS HELL SHOULDNT BE THE CUSTOMERTHE PRODUCT NEVER SHOULD HAVE BEEN SENT OUT! IN GOOD FAITH TO.THE CUSTOMER YOU SHOULD BE COVERING THIS LOSS..DOES THIS HAPPEN A LOT?! I WOULD SERIOUSLY APPRECIATE EITHER A FULL REFUND ASAP OR REPLACEMENT FREE OF CHARGEIVE ALREADY HAD TO WORK SHORTER HOURS.DUE TO PAINFULL FEET WHICH THE STOCKINGS ARE SUPPOSED TO HELP

We always have a supervisor on duty, his name is *** and the customer is more then welcomed to speak to himThis customer paid for 2-business day delivery, unfortuantly the manufacture was having some issues, so we had the order shipped at no extra charge to the customer via over night
delivery by ups ***no refund will be given for shipping

*** ***because there website is condescending it says easy returns up to days but then if you read the fine print it says your money will only be refunded if it’s within days of the purchase date! Well how convenient for them to say my order was on back order and by the time it was delivered it was days and they said they won’t refund my money now which is why I wanted to cancel my order before it got shippped!!!! This company is a scam!!!!! Also they had sent me an email saying these products are only available for exchange or store credit and they list a bunch of products which is ALL the products they sell!!!!!!

I am rejecting this response because: I have shipped the product back at my own expense because this disreputable company is not honest enough to make right a mistake they madeI was penalized for their mistake and am out $for this transaction for which I gained nothing except a lot time begging them to do the right thingI was told again that my option was to pay more money for the incorrect item, and then they would ship the correct item with a return label for the incorrect item to return for a refund of the correct itemNo kidding, that is the policy they said is place so they would be assured to not lose money????????Not sure how simply sending me a return label for the incorrect item was such a risk, they still had the money I paid for the item which was $more than the mistaken item they shipped meMy guess is shipping out the wrong item is a common practice with this companyThis complaint is closed because they refuse to do the right thing, but I want anyone to know who may be thinking of purchasing from this company, BUYER BEWARE!

I purchased a total of pairs of socks I opened twoThere were three unopened still in their original packaging socks left and I requested a return authorization for the three pairs of socks, the day after the socks arrived So why was a return authorization not granted for the three pairs of socks

I am rejecting this response because:The email advertising that I received, and have on file, for The Presidents' Week Sale clearly states 30% off ALL Therafirm If Compressionsale.com had ANY integrity or valued their customers they would gladly have adjusted my sale so that I would receive the advertised pricedUnfortunately, I neglected to put the "THE10" coupon when checking out and am disgusted with their flagrant disregard to satisfy a customer and seemingly deceptive practices! They seem to go out of their way to annoy and irritate customers and don't realize that in giving me the adjustment that I WAS entitled to they could have retained a customer, instead I am left completely disgusted with their response!

That is not what was said, if you are requesting for a refund, you the customer is responsible to ship it back to us, we will only issue a return label to resend back out the correct item

Our return policy is outline different places on the website that give the same informationyes it does state that we can do returns within days, but it also states in the next paragraph that certain brands can not be refundedeverything is the same boldness, same font size, same everything
