I am rejecting this response because:Lie Sellers response is an absolute lie I have all emails and the paypal record The cancellation request was sent on the same day, minutes after the order was placed I am happy to forward all email correspondence to the Revdex.com.Lie The stated time of order is also a lie The order was placed at 10:at night, so there was likely no one there, it's not like they're *** Order placed at 10:30, received confirmation email, emailed a request to cancel at 10:36.3rd lie - and this is the biggest Order was sent at 10:on a Satnight 6-was a Saturday Emailed me back on Sunday saying it was too late to cancel as it had already shipped Really? So they shipped the order on a Saturday night, or Sunday morning? What the customer is not understanding is that we offer free shipping for orders over $within the USA excluding large items and liquidsWhen you place an order, the items in the cart reflect the eligibility for free shipping. Stockings always qualify for free shipping because they are not
large items, nor liquids. The moment you place a large item or liquid in the cart, the order no longer will be eligible for free shippingThe dollar amount for free shipping is not calculated until the end, because we offer international shipping which we do not offer free shipping (except to Canada for orders over $99)We do advertise on our website and newsletters, but it is important that the customers look through our shipping information page before claiming that we are a deceptive company

I am rejecting this response because: The business, CompresionSales.com, NEVER sent me an e-mail I received NO e-mail concerning confirmation, shipment or any other subject I have returned, via certified mail with receipt, the product that they sent As of today, 5/27/2016, I have not heard from the company I challenge the company to produce proof of ANY e-mail ever sent to me As far as I know, they do not even have my e-mail address I demand a full refund of the $charged to my *** credit card

we were not aware that there was only a exchange or store credit. the print was so small it couldnt be read also they have nothing that fits my husband there is a tab marked refund but all u get is a message that says no refund only exchange or store credit. why would I want a store credit when they have nothing that fits my husband they are not an honorable company. also the managers are conveniently unable to be reached . isnt that convenient for them?

Both knee supports have been sent to the customer via USPS *** and USPS ***

We have already placed an order for this customer using their store credit on the same day of this complaintWe understand that on our busier days, we have longer hold times and we apologize for the waitHowever, we will never deny the customer the ability to use their store creditThe accusation
that we profit from customers in the manner that this customer is describing is obviously unsubstantiated since they have already made an order with their creditAgain, we always allow customers to use their store credit and store credit has no expiration date with our company

We have contacted the manufacture in regards to this order, and they are currently investigating to figure out why different items were shipped for the same item numberNO emails have been received from this customer, if they had been we would have advised her of the same thing, no calls have
been made, had they been we would have advised her of the same thingThe customer is requesting for a pre paid return label, in order for that to be issued the manufacture will need to investigateThis will not happen over nightA friendly message to the customer PATIENTS IS A VIRTUE !!!
