I am rejecting this response because:The item was not on back orderIt was shipped the same day as I purchased it at leat that's what the email they sent to me saidThey never provided me with shipping information so there was no way to tell where it was but I paid for 1-day shipping and did not receive my item until days laterI demand a refund for the price of shipping I paid since I did not receive the item in a timely manner

Per company policy which the customer agreed upon it clearly states that once an order is placed we can only do a request for RMA by providing customer with an exchange or a return for store credit that doesn't expirePer manufacture since it is a medical product we cannot provide refunds because we cannot resale anything and all products must be shipped back to manufacture and we get hit a fee for that return's

We have contacted the manufacture in regards to this order, and they are currently investigating to figure out why different items were shipped for the same item numberNO emails have been received from this customer, if they had been we would have advised her of the same thing, no calls have
been made, had they been we would have advised her of the same thingThe customer is requesting for a pre paid return label, in order for that to be issued the manufacture will need to investigateThis will not happen over nightA friendly message to the customer PATIENTS IS A VIRTUE !!!

That is correct, the supervisor (me) was out of town from 03/28/to 04/05/2016, so if a call was placed on 03/31/and a supervisor was requestedThe rep was correct, sup was not available at that time

At the time when the customer called us, if we no longer have the item the customer ordered, we offer the options for changing the items or cancelling the orderThe customer decided to change the items, thus making the return policy still active for this order, for exchange or store creditNo

When we advertise 30% off, 20% is already taken off the original price plus the coupon code (THE10) which the customer needs to put in before they check outWe are not responsible for orders placed on online or over the phone as stated in our company policyOnce an order is place we cannot adjust

this customer received a defective item that was ordered from our companythey followed through with the replacement process and we are in the process of getting the item to the customerreplacements usually get shipped from the manufacturer except in the cases of international ordersthis being
an order from canada, the replacement is sent to our company to be shipped internationallyour company does not offer free international shippinghowever, when we send a defective or incorrect item, we charge a reduced rate as an apology to our customersthe reduced rate is $from $once the customer agrees to the charge, the replacement will be sent

I am rejecting this response because:I have read and understand the return policyMy concern is that I was not informed that the item was on backorderI purchased it under the assumption that it would ship in a timely mannerIf I had known that it would take two weeks to ship, I would never have purchased the item to begin with! In addition, the company sent me notification the day after purchase saying the item had shipped, which was a flat out lie because the item did not ship out to me for another two weeksGiven that the company did not provide timely, accurate information, I would like a refundI would have been happy to follow the return/refund policy if the company had been diligent in informing me in an timely and accurate mannerGiven that this did not happen, a refund would be appreciatedThank you!
