I am rejecting this response because:On March 3rd, I submitted my request form for a refund. A form from Compressionsale.com was received on that date which shows "Refund requested for below item -----------" and my items where each individually listed with that heading Either this company has a refund policy or it does not. Due to the socks which were worn and when wash were defective I question if this company uses socks from a secondary market rather than factory direct. I will be writing to *** *** to see if they guarantee their socks.

The item that was ordered was on a back order at the time of purchase. We do not manufacture anything we sell on our website because we are only an authorized dealer for a number of brandsThus, we have no control over back orders and we do our best to speed up delivery for our customers
When the item was no longer back ordered, we shipped the order with expedited shipping at no additional charge to the customer. If the customer wishes, the order may be returned for store credit or exchange as per our return policy by requesting a return authorizationThe order is not eligible for a refundPlease review the return policy before requesting an authorization

The order has been shipped and therefore the refund is not an optionWhen customers call to have an order cancelled, the reps they talk to DO NOT have power to cancel an order, the only thing they can do is submit the requestwe see the request submitted to cancel, however by the time it was

I am rejecting this response because:I followed all of the directions according to your return policy, INCLUDING getting prior authorization for my returnIt shouldn't be this complicated for customers to return an itemNo where in your return policy does it state that customers will be charged at restocking fee if they follow the correct procedure, and requested an RMAAt this time, I am asking for a store credit to be on file for the $I think that is fair, based upon the fact that I followed all of the instructions for correctly returning an item.

5/24/i send back pairs of socksthey send me back pairs, because they were dirtyi wore the three pairthey said in there return policy to wash them and sent them back so I didas for the pairs of socks I never got they keep telling me there in the mail, as the 5/31/16, when I got the pairs of socks backcall on the 6/2/16, 6/3/16, and they still said they were comingas of 6/7/16, I am still waiting for my socks
