We have fulfilled the customer's request for a replacement. The manufacturer does not ship replacements internationally so that is a charge our company has to incur. We do not manufacture any of the items we sell as we are simply a retailer. The reduced rate that we offered is our standard rate international replacement orders

We have provided return label (tracking# *** as of today we have not received item back to replace it with the correct color

I apologize for any inconvenience regarding this return but the returns process must be completed before we issue an RMAThere is more than one location to which returns are sent, which is why the address will be given at the end with the RMAPlease continue to communicate with our returns department via email to complete the return

The customer that placed the order did in fact reach out to us in which we let the customer know that that the items were on a slight backorderPer our company policy when an item goes on backorder items will be shipped out using the same methond of shipping chosen and only in full as we do not
ship partial ordersThe customer did receive the correct items on June 11, 2018.

When we advertise 30% off, 20% is already taken off the original price plus the coupon code (THE10) which the customer needs to put in before they check outWe are not responsible for orders placed on online or over the phone as stated in our company policyOnce an order is place we cannot adjust
the price because the customer forgot to ad a coupon code

The item that was ordered was on a back order at the time of purchase. We do not manufacture anything we sell on our website because we are only an authorized dealer for a number of brandsThus, we have no control over back orders and we do our best to speed up delivery for our customers
When the item was no longer back ordered, we shipped the order with expedited shipping at no additional charge to the customer. If the customer wishes, the order may be returned for store credit or exchange as per our return policy by requesting a return authorizationThe order is not eligible for a refundPlease review the return policy before requesting an authorization

that we profit from customers in the manner that this customer is describing is obviously unsubstantiated since they have already made an order with their creditAgain, we always allow customers to use their store credit and store credit has no expiration date with our company
