I am rejecting this response because: My *** account had been set up for over a year so it has my credit card information already in thereBut when I wanted to have a safe process only if I wanted to order something your site had advised me to view your product through *** and that is all I was trying to do and not buy anything based upon I had not even had a chance to see the product in full detailI will not pay for something that I did not authorize for you to doAs I stated is that I wanted a better view on the product and the size and to have a safe experienceBut as I diverted to *** to view your product it did not let me view, but caused a transaction to go throughBy talking to my bank that is FRAUDI did not authorize this transaction and all I want is my money backAs soon as I noticed what your company did I called immediately and asked that they cancel it and someone named *** stated that I could not cancel the orderBut when I hung up from him I begin to research the site for fraud, canceling and returns and it clearly stated on your site that cancellation can be doneSo I called back at a different customer service number and yes *** answered the call (I guess he was the only one working....sounded like fraud right there) and I gave him my number and told him that I wanted this fraudulent transaction canceled and he put me on hold for several minutes and came back and said that he could not cancel the orderSo, I asked to speak to a manager and he put me on hold again for several minutes and came back and said that there were no managers there and to call back after 1pmI immediately knew that something fishy is going on with this company and called my bank to have what they took from my account without my permission to reverse this fraudI will not be bullied into paying for something that I did not approveYour site is not clear to user and you need to really get your site taken down for taking honest customers money without their permissionAs I stated once and I am stating again I did not Authorize you to take any money and I will not pay for something that I did not ever authorizeWrong is wrong and your company is ever so wrong and God is not smiling down on taking innocent customers money without their permissionSo all I ask is that you give me my $back and I thank you in advanceThank you

As long as the order has not shipped, we allow for the substitution of itemsOnce orders have left our facility, they are subject to our return policyOur policies clearly state that our company is not financially responsible for mistakes when orderingAnd our ordering system is in no way
designed to send less expensive merchandise in place of more expensive merchandiseOur company would not have been operational for the past five years if that was the caseWe understand the customer's frustration, but they are more than welcome to make an exchange with our company

Company information is provided on the company site under the help linkIf a request for return/exchange authorization is approved, the returns department sends authorization number along with shipping information

In the last paragraph of our return policy, it lists a number of brands that are only exchangeable*** (a Jobst subsidiary) is one of those brandsIf the customer does not want an exchange, we can also authorize a store credit towards a future purchaseWe do not guarantee a refund anywhere in
our return policy

On January 19 customer was given RMA number per our return policy we offered either an exchange or store creditCustomer did not mention what option she would do and as of today we have not received any items in return

Customer was issued a return label, it was sent to her email ***@gmail.com As of today we have not received incorrect item to send out correct itemReturn Label *** tracking ***

We only received one item and our company policy states that we are not responsible for lost or stolen packagesWe can only authorize credit for the items that were returnedSince the customer only returned one we gave her credit for that oneWe applied that credit to the exchangeShe only sent one item back from the first exchange

I am rejecting this response because: The pack of socks I didn't receive were $13.99. I sent the $check to pay the DIFFERENCE in what store credit I had remaining and the price of those socks. I appreciate that the store did refund my $6.36, but I feel they still owe me $which would be the rest of the cost of the socks never received

We do not advertise free returns, in fact it states in our return policy that the customer will be responsible for the shipping charges for a returnIf the customer received the incorrect item, at that time they will not need to pay for shipping, the only thing that is required is the actual item
number receivedIf the customer still needs assistance with getting the correct item, if in fact the wrong item was received, then we can take care of it for himHe can call *** and ask to speak with ***

We are glad to hear that the customer is in good healthHowever, we offer store credit or exchange only for all items returned to usWe did receive the items back in good condition, so we have authorized a store credit for the order, which may be used at any time. The customer did also
dispute the charge with with their credit card provider and the charge was deemed validThe customer needs to read and understand our return policyA store credit has been approved and a refund will not be issued

This customer had called in and requested the item that was delivered to themWe do not send anything other than what is requestedAnd again, this item is not returnable since it is a made-to-order productWe cannot offer a refund for this order

WE WILL NOT PICK UP SECOND SHIPPING CHARGES FOR A ORDER THAT WAS ALREADY SHIPPED FOR FREE, THE STORE CREDIT IS VALID, AND IF THE CUSTOMER ORDERED MORE THEN ITEM, ADDITIONAL SHIPPING WILL BE COLLECTI ADVISE THE CUSTOMER TO CAREFULLY READ THE RETURN POLICY AS EVERYTHING IS OUTLINED THERE
