To the Revdex.com, Thank you for contacting us. At the time our representative was at Ms***s home there is an audio welcome survey that is done with Ms*** going over the terms and conditions of the agreement and she understoodWe will not be
releasing Ms*** from her contractHowever, Ms*** could see if she is able to move the alarm system or have someone take over the contract we are more than happy to give her free months to give her a chance go over the options

regarding Ms***’s complaints is that a sales representative from one of our competitors recently contacted us claiming to be Ms*** requesting to cancelOn that same note, we find it curious that the author of this complaint, who is supposedly Ms***, entered her name as ***, rather than ***.The circumstances strongly suggest that this complaint is an attempt to get Alder to cancel her contract so they can acquire her business and we cannot enable such dishonest practicesAttached is a copy of the contract in question signed by Ms***.Sincerely, Brandt N*** | Alder Compliance Manager

the emergency
responders took too long to respond when she fellUnfortunately emergency
responders are not employed by Alder and are usually presided over by the city
We understand Ms***’s frustration and share in her concernsWe suggest
she contact the proper authorities in her city so that they may address this
problem with the proper agencies
Ms*** has also mentioned having financial
concerns regarding the monthly paymentI have taken the liberty of reducing
her rate from $*** to $*** monthly

confirmed he understood thisMr*** was released from the agreement as he exercised his day right of rescissionMr*** was not charged for subsequent months after cancelling but rather he was charged at the time of installation on 12/6/and again on 1/6/17, both of which have been refundedThe account remains active after the request for cancellation has been received until it has been reviewed and we have been allowed to retrieve the equipment which didn’t happen until 1/10/Hence the charge on 1/6/17.Sincerely, Brandt N*** | Alder Compliance Manager
