Prior to the installation of the alarm system a
member of our customer
service team spoke with Ms*** and asked her if she
had an existing alarm service and she replied that she did notHer complaint
states that our representative said her current alarm company was going out of
businessIn order to make an informed decision we ask that Ms*** provide
us with more information so that we can understand what took place

cancel prior to the month term ending, however, this arrangement was not made for his mother’s accountIf Mr*** and his mother would like us to cancel his account and shift hers to him we are willing to do thatIn the meantime I have credited both accounts a month of service at no charge as Mr*** mentioned he was under the impression he wouldn’t be charged the first monthSincerely, Brandt N*** | Alder Compliance Manager

I've attached a copy of Ms***'s contract as she requestedIf Ms*** can produce a bank statement showing that she began paying for the system in February of we will make the necessary adjustments to her account

regarding Ms***’s complaints is that a sales representative from one of our competitors recently contacted us claiming to be Ms*** requesting to cancelOn that same note, we find it curious that the author of this complaint, who is supposedly Ms***, entered her name as ***, rather than ***.The circumstances strongly suggest that this complaint is an attempt to get Alder to cancel her contract so they can acquire her business and we cannot enable such dishonest practicesAttached is a copy of the contract in question signed by Ms***.Sincerely, Brandt N*** | Alder Compliance Manager

The refund was submitted to our accounting department on the 8th of September, it's possible the check is still in transitPlease allow a few more days for it to arrive

Ms***, We have been in contact with you and , while we did receive a bill, it was a generic bill from a collection agency which did not berify that it was from your previous alarm companyOnce we get that verification, we will be glad to reimburse you for that amountWe see that

In reviewing this issue further, we see that there are still some issues to be resolved and we understand, and agree, that the complaint should not be closed until the issues are resolvedWe are working to resolving

Ms*** also mentioned being on a very tight budget and that the reduced monthly rate of $was still too highTo accommodate her we have refunded her most recent payment of $(may take 3-business days to appear in the account), given her months of service at no charge, and reduced her monthly rate to $This new rate is effective immediately and her next payment will not be due until April of 2018.
