I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and I am under the impression that without spending additional money for arbitration that I have no choice but to except the resolution that has been given to me would still prefer to listen to the voice recording, because they did not specifically say that Vivint was not going out of business The recording asked if I was giving them permission to bill me under Alder This company is very deceptive and I do not trust them I want it on record today that as soon as this so called contract is up I do not want to do business with them ever again I will not have the final bill from Vivint for several weeksI will send it at that time This final payment should include all payments that I have made since September

This is a duplicate, the same complaint was submitted earlier this monthThe matter has been turned over to TransUnion (the credit reporting agency) and they are currently assisting the customer
