*** *** Firstly whom I decide to do business with has nothing to do with this complaintNo one from xfinity came to my home soliciting their business/services unlike this companyI called them on my own because I wanted internet and more channels then what I had with my current provider but again that’s not any of anyone’s businessMy complaint is that someone from your company came to my year old mothers home and made it sound good as if she really needed an alarm after years of never having a break in me and my siblings grew up in that home and would sleep with the doors unlocked and sometimes windows open in the summersAnd for years you were going have my mother tired up as if this was a car paymentMy complaint stands that my year old mother was taken advantage of

I am rejecting this response because: You have not received the letter because you have not provided a legitimate address. We tried to mail the letter and powers of attorney first to N Hwy Ste C PMB 12, North Salt Lake UT (this address was listed on the Utah Revdex.com website). Then we tried to mail the letter and powers of attorney to W North #305, Salt Lake City, Utah (this address was listed on the Alarm Protection Technology website). Both of these letters were returned, cited by the US Post Office as "undeliverable at this address". I have attached copies of the US Post Office paperwork to verify that these addresses are not legitimate.I am also attaching the Powers of Attorney for your review since Alarm Protection Technology has not provided a legitimate address and since MrN*** will not return my phone calls.I would like to request that MrN*** provide a legitimate address so that I may send him the equipment that belongs to Alarm Protection Technology

To the Revdex.com, To the Revdex.com, Thank you for contacting us In a response to Mr***, it looks like he contacted us in August for the first time about an issue with his shed door sensor our technical support was able to troubleshoot with
Mr***, he told us that he needed to screw in the sensor since the adhesive was not sticking, we advised Mr*** to give us a call once he does that so we can make sure the sensor works, Mr*** didn’t call us back until April letting us know that he was still having problems, If Mr*** called us sooner we would have been able to determine that he needed a repeater soonerWe had Mr*** pay for the shipping fee for the repeater of $and was able to get his sensors working correctlyIf Mr*** would like us to send a technician to his home, we are more than happy to get him schedule with a one time free of charge to check his alarm system to make sure everything is working properly. Additionally, Mr.*** has been getting calls from our billing department because we have not been receiving his payments until the due date or a couple days afterMr*** is set up as a direct invoice which means his payment is due at the 20th of every monthI advise Mr*** to send in his payments a little sooner if he is doing it by check to get here by the 20th to avoid getting automatic callsor he may call in to make a payment through a credit card or checking account as a one time Regarding his request to cancel we will not be releasing him from his agreementPlease let us know if he has any further questions Sincerely,

To whom it may concern,I reject Alder’s offer because of previous stated reasons and wish to sever ties with AlderAs I have stated that the contract requires for repairments to be made within reasonable time and it’s unreasonable to believe that it takes more than month to repair an defective systemThe poor customer service and the inability to repair the defective equipment within a reasonable time compels me to appeal to the integrity of Alder to excuse me from contractual obligationsI lived up to my end of the bargain by making my payments and notifying you all of any issues; however, it was you that fail provide customer service of quality and integrity by being unprofessional and not rectifying the problem in a reasonable time period.
