To the Revdex.com, Thank you for contacting us. We have went ahead and cancelled out Mr***'s account, he will no longer be charged from Alder, in order to refund back $45.99 we would need a bank statement showing the amount
that was processed for the month of May.

I had spoken to the Albuquerque Revdex.com office to advise that Alder had contacted me after I emailed them using [email protected]. I found this email address through a complaint on Yelp and it does work. I have been advised that my Return Label has been issued and mailed to me and have been given the tracking number for it.

Revdex.com:Although the response if far less than our expectations of a reputable business; we will accept simply to end this messI am concerned that they did not contact us to inform us of this decision and that they also were still trying to negotiate more money from us during our second to last communicationThe last communication we had, they contacted a family member and asked how to access the equipment, which is in a home we no longer ownWe are accepting this on the condition that it means we are not responsible for any further collections of any kind. I am highly disappointed in this businesses practices and their representation to their customer at the front doorThey directly and purposefully separately contacted my husband and I seperately and made promises to one then contradicted it to the otherWe also have a contract that has been tampered withI am ashamed of myself for not doing my research before doing business with Alder.

I am rejecting this response because: Alder lied when they said they attempted to contact me Moreover, they did not call me after they failed to show up; I called them, and I certainly NEVER told them to "stop calling" and hung up!! As a point of fact, the appointment was scheduled for a Monday, so their alleged "early visit" would have been on Sunday; I was home most of that day as well Just today in the mail I FINALLY received acknowledgment from Alder of my repeated requests to cancel, but they're now demanding that I pay another $in order to do so (letter attached)! This company is corrupt!!I will accept Alder's proposed resolution only under the following circumstances: they withdraw their libelous statement re: their fictional call and "early visit" (knowing all of which is a lie), and they confirm that the cancellation 1) has immediate effect, 2) does not require any payments from me whatever, and 3) guarantees that the service will NOT auto-renew as outlined in the agreement I want nothing more than to be done and free from this disreputable company

Dear Ms***,I spoke with my manager to see what other options we have as far as getting double charged by VivintI got an approval to get a check sent out for the time your mother paid Vivint and was already with us, we will only need a bank statement showing the charges by Vivint from December-MarchAbout the install tech saying that we bought Vivint, we will speak with their manager to make sure doesn't happen. You called me, I did not call you that dayThe contact number I had was disconnected and I thought I was not being serviced anymoreI received ZERO communication from you regarding this Alder changeI went with another company and have ordered stop payment on auto debits to your companyI will not be forced to remain in a contract with a sub-par, shady company that tries to trick their customersI will continue to fight this and will not stop.

to the installation of the system to make sure she understood the terms of the
agreementDuring this recorded call we asked MsS*** if she understood her
contract had an initial term of months and she said “yes.” On the first page
of the contract, in regular sized font, it states “months” and was circled
by the representative for emphasis. MsS*** recently mentioned to us that
she was unsure of her ability to maintain payments throughout the duration of
the contract and to assist her with this we are willing to reduce her agreement

Shortly after the system was installed we spoke with
Ms***’s son
regarding the accountHe agreed to go forward with the
contract and we explained to him how to use the systemHaving only received
one payment at the time of installation on 6/2/the system was shut off on
1/7/This makes a total of months where services were provided without
receiving payment and days after the services were shut off a complaint was
filed with your agency
Regarding the claim that nothing was explained to Ms
*** we have the agreement with her signature (see attachment)We also have a
recorded phone call between her and our corporate office where we explained the
terms to her verbally as wellDue to the foregoing facts we will agree to
release Ms*** on condition that she pay the past due amount of $*** and
return the equipmentIf this is acceptable we will proceed accordingly
