I am rejecting this response because:
? Proposed Dispute Resolution? ? There has been no refund delivered to me or my Bank for deposit to me as of Aug 17th? All ? I know is, ? I did not receive it and if it was sent for deposit to the only bank account of mine that Alder had information on, it would have been rejected, ? because I closed that account in mid June.? In late July we also moved from TX to LA? Alder knows who or where the refund the sent, and if it was a check to me sent to the address they have ? on file, the forwarding may not have been completed correctly.? If Alder intends to complete ? the refund, they can ? send a check to *** * *** ? *** *** ** * ? *** ** *** *** *** ? ***, our new address.I believe Alder tried to draw money in July because I received two calls from them in Julyasking why the payments were not made? There could be several explanations for these facts ? that do not not imply questionable intentions, but my suspicions certainly have not been alleviated and I have not seen evidence of good faith action.Mr.N***'s statement referring to the contract being closed and all payments ? and terms completed, is accepted.? I remain dissatisfied but ? willing to change with positive action and explanation from MrN***?

installation,
we explained to Mr*** that Alder was not affiliated with
Vivint in any way and that Vivint was still in business, and if he proceeded he
would be receiving new services through AlderMr*** agreed to proceed on
condition that we pay the remaining balance with Vivint should there be any
Once we receive a final bill we will issue a check to Mr*** for that amount
so that he can satisfy his balance with VivintAlso, as a sign of good faith,
we are willing to reduce Mr*** monthly monitoring rate from $*** to $***
and forgive his past due balancePlease respond as to whether this is an
acceptable arrangement

I had spoken to the Albuquerque Revdex.com office to advise that? Alder had contacted me after I emailed them using [email protected].? I found this email address through a complaint on Yelp and it does work.? I have been advised that my Return Label has been issued and mailed to me and have been given the tracking number for it.?

I am rejecting this response because:? Their response is in conflict with what they have been telling me on the phone.? Alabama has had problems with predatory alarm companies and now requires them to be registered.? I trying to determine if the name change from Alabama Alarm to Alarm Protection Alder was because Alabama Alarm was one of the fraudulent companies.? So, first.? Alder has only provided one page of a multi-page contract.? Please provide a copy of the complete contract.Second, provide documentation that Alabama Alarm was operating legally in Alabama at the time of the 'name change'

To the Revdex.com,? Thank you for contacting usIn a response to Ms***, I am showing that there has been a credit applied to her account for the time she called in letting us know that her smoke detector was having issues, which was in April and May 7th is when we were
able to schedule technician out to replace the smoke detectorHowever, for the frustration it has made Ms*** feel I am more than happy to offer free month to her account

opportunity to show him he made the right decision by choosing AlderIf Mr*** would like to stay with us we will allow him to be on a month to month agreement and we will reduce his monitoring rate from $to $per monthWe will also send a technician to his home at no charge as his complaint seemed to indicate there may be an issue with the equipmentHowever, if he would still like to cancel we will honor his decision.? I am rejecting this response because:I'm replying to this because they are clearly lyingThat is an awful way to do businessThe fax sheet states that it went through on 6/14/to cancel, there is no way it got there several days laterI am attaching a file with my bank statement showing the payment coming out on July 19th as well as in JuneI finally did a dispute with my bankIf Alder rejects this dispute I will be contacting Revdex.com againThis has been such a nightmare with them and I am glad I have paperwork to back up what I'm saying, and proof of their lies
