I do not recommend shopping via AliExpress! I think this website it is a fraud!
I received a damage product, asked for return it, but accept the the deal with the seller for partial return money The seller did not return my partial money, I paid with my debit card but he started asking for my bank account for make money for me! What?

on 8/I contact them again via chat and again the same refund was promised but never issued, this time again I saved a screenshot of the chat but also requested a confirmation email
on 9/I replied to the email with my last request to get the refund but didn't get any reply

I purchased from AliExpress because I seen their buy protection so I felt safe doing so but not they are refusing to refund my money backI purchased Dermacole makeup that was advertised at 100% Authentic but turned out not to beI reached out to the seller but only heard once back from themAfter that the issue was left unsolvedI then filed a dispute with AliExpress directly and was told my photos of the products on my skin and the discrepancy with the different makeup containers and color and print was as not good enoughI explained that all container if truly make by Dermacole should all look the sameThe only this that should be different is the color nameThey refused to accept that as evidenceAnd closed case with out explaining how my evidence in not valid

I bought several items off this site and for the most part was happy with the productsthere is one store that I will absolutely not buy anything else from and that is the Kids World Brand store They are frauds I doubt I will ever see my money back from them but most of the sellers were very niceItems were ok..some took a lot longer than others It is however, buyer beware

I had placed an order with this company and the shipping info does correctly show up on all of the tracking notices however the package was delivered to a completely different city and they are refusing to reissue my item to be sent to the correct address and according to the usps the company sent this package addressed to the wrong address

They sent me a broken product ,I made several conversation they said it solved but nothing solved they didn't accept the broken product and didn't pay money back
