DO NOT SHOP HERE!!! The first thing you should notice is that they don't have any phone number! That is a MAJOR red flag! Their online customer services forced you to use an incoherent completely useless bot chat first then live repThe reps are almost just as *** and transfer you over and over and do not listen to a thing you have to sayThey don't understand anything and they lie and lie and lieMy dispute was filled with problemsA shipment sent together in one order forced me to file two separate disputes for each item individually which required me to upload evidence twice and respond to everything multiple times redundantly! Then the process is extremely slow and allows the sellers to intentionally delay the refundAE will constantly try to make you feel better saying not to worry that your money is protected which is completely MEANINGLESSIts now been months and I have only received refund for the smallest cheapest item in my orderThis was only after getting AMEX involvedThey were ignoring all the evidence asking for imaginary documents that even the shipper was confused about and said doesn't exist such as "missing parcel documents"Despite it being the same order and shipment they only finished/closed one of the disputes while the other remains open! This was after they apologized for their mistake in ignoring the evidence which at first they were claiming was insufficient!
The seller and AE will do anything they can to stop you from getting a refundIt is absolutely ridiculous and extremely frustrating to deal with themI highly suggest if you absolutely must shop here to immediately dispute it with your credit card and DO NOT TRUST THEIR USELESS DISPUTE PROCESS!!! IT IS ONLY THERE TO DELAY YOU FROM FILING A REAL COMPLAINTIF THE SELLER IS ACTING SHADY AND INCOHERENT THAT IS A RED FLAGYOU'VE BEEN WARNEDSTAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS FAKE UNPROFESSIONAL MARKETPLACE
