I ordered a replacement screen for my laptop from a seller on AliExpressIt arrived within two weeks and I installed itThere was a discolored area on the screen, which I reported to the sellerThe seller responded denying that anything was wrong with the screen and did not offer to compensate for the damages
Using AliExpress' claims system, their "judge" stepped in to assess the dealThey demanded that in order for my claim to be taken seriously I needed to upload a video of the entirety of my installationThis is obviously absurd
Consider is VERY risky to buy anything from AliExpress and their dubious sellers

Ordered a hair brush more than 1/months ago and still waitingNo communication from AliExpress for more than monthThat's the last time I deal with these guys

I have purchased several items on-line from AliExpress site owned by Ali Baba CoI have received pairs of shoes on Sep9th that are too big, too wide, my feet are sliding out of the shoes, and one of the pairs is deformedI have contacted seller every 3-days asking for the return address and explaining the problemThe seller has never respondedI have filed a complain with AliExpress management, submitted required photos as evidence of my complain, and I have received a response " No refund." I have left several messages on the corporate office phone asking a representative to call me back r/t the issuesNobody called me back***In addition to this issue, I have returned a pair of boots and a pair of shoes a while ago d/t quality and sizing issues, but I have not received credit back to my credit card

purchase a product on the website the item arrived damaged, I made numerous attempts to have the item return and my efforts was disregarded by the merchant and the companyI spoke to agents from the company and was told it will be investigatedI received no feed back from them and still waiting it been months still no response

In my opinion the AliExpress buyer protection does not work outside ChinaEven if the item is incorrect or defective the refund is predicated on you paying tracked shipping of the returned itemEbay and Aazon make seller pay return shipping on bad itemsThey ship to you cheap bulk and subsidized but In most cases the cost of tracked return shipping of a single item is more than the cost of the itemIt appears many sellers know this and when you do a dispute they just ignore you and wait until the required tracking number return sent time out and they get your moneyThe seller could send you a rock and you are out of luck! (Unless you ordered a rock?) Unfortunately this is the truth on how this really works and AliExpress is losing and will continue to lose good buyers and good will toward AliExpress when they eventually experience and realize this

They require photos of your card, drivers license and bank statement to be uploaded to them just to use my credit card for purchasesI would never recommend themI even sent them a message responce to their email and they just said thank you for your order, it's ready to make paymentDon't even address my questionI'll shop somewhere else _ BUYERS BEWARE!!!

let me tell you guys I am experience on aliexxpress almost years
customer service do not waste your time with them also when you claim about seller also they do not care I do have couple problem with sellers they never send me order or fake track number I been dealing everyday with multi customer service people at the time nothing work you lucky when you purchase item and arrive well but help support customer service live chat dont waste your time with them lots of sellers there fraud liars never ship item fake tracking number

I order battery after days seller never ship the order I ask why he say item not in stock I apply for refund reason seller never ship item
and seller apply to me if you need refund you have to change reason other I refuse to change I contact customer service more than times more than hours chat non help at all
