This website appears to sell the same items as the ones seen on *** if you're looking for cheap items from ChinaThe only problem is it's slightly more expensive and you get less protectionI ordered many solar lights from Aliexpress and from ***The ones from *** always came with batteries but the ones from Aliexpress never came with batteriesThe ones from Aliexpress were also made with a lower quality LED which made the light blueI also ordered a screen replacement for my phone from Aliexpress and after spending an hour replacing all the parts, I found out that the screen had ghost touches even worse than the one I replaced it with! I contacted the seller and he said he won't refund me because I didn't have proofI then uploaded a video and he said he'll only refund me HALF of what I paidWe haven even talked about the time I spent replacing it, then having to bring all the components back to my own phone which goes beyond hours of my own laborI should have filed a chargeback when I had the chanceI then ordered a screen replacement from a local seller on *** and that one actually worked perfectly as advertisedI'm still using it now and it comes to show you that *** sellers are much more reliable and they sell items for even cheaper than aliexpress! I thought the sellers on aliexpress saved money by selling on that platform rather than *** but those guys are extremely shadyI will never return to Aliexpress again since I can get the exact same item on *** for slightly cheaper with better customer service

I am a loyal customer of AliexpressI order hair all the time however back on I ordered some hair and I was not pleased with itIt not only tangled and had split endsIn addition to that it broke me out with hives really bad and I was itching all over my ears and neckI called them in regards to this sent out a dispute and they denied my dispute and my refund of my money I could have sent the hair back but for what for them to have me take it out clean it and re sell it to someone elseI instantly through that hair away and asked for my money back because I was not able to use it and was advised by urgent care to not use the hair when I called them letting them know what was going onJust recently I wrote themI was advised by them that it would take a week for me to receive a email in regard to my refund and I just wrote them not even a month ago

This company has poor customer service and low delivery standardsThere is no place to speak to an agent about the poor quality and broken products they deliverI have tried several times to login to this site and the password is always successfully changed but I can never log in within it saying my username or password is incorrectThere should be negative stars for the kind of service this international company provides

AliExpress makes you think you're getting tons of savings by giving out "select coupons." These coupons say $off and have no mention of a minimum purchase price, which leads you to think you can use the coupon on anything, regardless of costWhat they don't tell you upfront is that the select coupons only work with a handful of sellers on a handful of items and the seller chooses the minimum sale price in order to use the couponMany sellers make the minimum price absurdly high ($65+ when they mostly sell items for $or, usually, much less) so the discount is barely worth it when you have to buy of the same item to save $I've contacted AliExpress customer service about this a couple times and they always say it's an issue with the coupon system and to "check back in hours" to get you to disconnect the live chatYou can get some good, although cheap, items from AliExpress if you don't mind paying full price (full price is usually quite low anyway), but I say avoid them since they like misleading customers

The company advertises products and informs customers to shop with confidence as they will be protected with full refunds etchowever the company does everything possible to ensure that you cannot complain or ask for refunds in the case of broken or falsely advertised productsadditionally if you do complain they will block you from the website leaving you unable to submit evidence or complain about products that are broken or never received!! Most products are falsely advertised or low quality products that are damaged and rejected on production line so they end up being sold on AliExpressIf you do receive broken or fraudulently advertised products you have to argue with the seller for weeks then eventually you have to open a dispute and ask AliExpress to help which takes monthsin the end AliExpress will block you because you are not allowed to open disputesFor example, in my case the AliExpress team approved my dispute based on the video and photo evidence then they blocked
