Ordered a product onlineProduct was not as described and *** confirmed that to be accurateThey told me to pay to ship it backI did and gave *** my tracking numberLater the seller claimed they never received the package and *** wanted evidence from meI asked what evidence they needed on many occasions with customer service just saying add evidence onlineI went to the evidence page to re submit my tracking number and former pictures of the device but add evidence option was not availableCustomer service stated on multiple occasions that they made a note of it and to not worry that I will get my money backDeadline ended and *** gave the money to the sellerI appealed it and same situation customer service liedI paid $for the item and another $to send it backEverytime I asked to speak to a manager or the review team, the customer service said there was no way of contacting them

Somebody named *** *** established an account at aliexpress.*** using my personal email address and started placing numerous ordersBecause she used my email address I started receiving notifications of her ordersI became very concerned because I never created an account myself and contacted aliexpress.com customer service asking them to block that account several timesEach time they promised to make it a priority and take care of that for me, but to this day this has not been done and I have not received any confirmation from themI continue getting notifications pertaining to that person's orders and am really concerned that there's some form of identity theft going on and this company is doing nothing to stop it

Months ago I purchased Hair Extensions from Aliexpress it was my very first time and I was hoping for the delivery as advertised since the price seemed nice, however, when the Brazilian hair came in and was installed in hair as I work it the first few weeks it started shedding really bad and tangling something that Aliexpress guaranteed you in their product customer advertisementThey also sent me an e-mail asking me for my opinion of the hair and quaranteeing me if the hair was not to my satisfaction on what was advertised that they fully refund you, however, they never responded to my write up and complaint they Aleixpress sent me and I never got my refund as requestedI was not responded to either way on to return the hair or that the company would work anything out with meI am totally horrified about the ADVERTISEMENT on Product QUARANTEE that this company posts on their site

Today, September 23, 2017, I attempted to place an order through my account with Ali Express on my home computerNo one other than me has ever had access to this computerWhen selecting method of payment I clicked to select a credit card on file and the full name, credit card number, expiration date of another person appeared on my accountIf this is a practice of this company, I am truly concerned that my credit card information is probably on the account of another personThis person probably has no idea that their card has been compromised

The business asked me to send them a copy of my photo id (driver's licences, passport etc..) otherwise they will not process my orderThey claim there is the security issueI dont think they have the right to collect those information as an online shopping business

My experience has been awful and with this company having a D- rating not sure how they are still in business wish I had done my homework firstAs so many others have said they give the customer no contact with their business smh and shame on meI placed two orders the first one took over four weeks I was told it was because of Chinese New Year, OK when I finally received it; it was the wrong size, did a back and forth with the seller came to an agreement and reorder the correct size, that was six weeks ago still has not arrived How is this company still in business noreally I will never use this online company again and I'm asking other to do the same DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!

The company stopped a shipment after receiving payment

This is the WORST website and there is no Chat/ email / any kind of support for my query with regards to login to my account which I created and ordered an item and never received any tracking number or now am not able to re login, STAY AWAY FROM THIS JUNK SITE and I will give it a ZERO STAR

I have asked for a refund because I never received the item that they were supposed to send meI have checked with the local post office and they said it was delivered but I never received anything

I've used *** occasionally without any particular troubles
but recently I've encountered a couple of quite serious issues which changed my opinion of *** drastically
Although these issues occurred due to sellers' fault, *** has ALL THE MEANS to stop it but still does NOTHING allowing dishonest sellers to continue stealing from customers
A COMMON FRAUD
I've purchased an item which looked clearly VERY different from the photos which seller used in the shop
The dispute was resolved in my favorSeller refunded money for the purchase (still I lost money on shipping)
The troubling fact is that despite the involvement of *** Case Management Team which ruled my complaint valid, they have done NOTHING to stop the seller from distributing this particular item or using a more accurate representation of the item in the store (I did request that in my complaint)
Simply put *** KNOWS that this item is fake but simply waits for the customer to op

After realizing that I'm having difficulty tracking my order as well as contacting AliExpress, I decided to check with the Revdex.com and the complaints are confirming my concerns that I'm not going to receive my merchandise So far, I give them a star rating for no response

I ordered items from Ali Express on July 8th worth $The money successfully left my account the same day I placed the order, however, I still noticed that the items were still in my account--these items are supposed to be in my order historyI contact the seller and they tell me that they cannot find my tracking number and I figured they cannot find it because it is still showing in my cart

I want to report trouble with an online businessThey have received my money from my credit card and finally sent a note that the product has been shippedThe product has never arrivedI am providing a history of the communicationsI have emailed them several times with no responseEach of my emails referenced the order numberThe order was made on February 15, at 12:PM
After acknowledging that my payment had been received, several more emails came saying it was processing (2/23/18), there was a delay(Feb17, 2018), it would be delivered on a certain date (Time remaining: days hours minutes)Then the email came which claimed it had been shipped by the seller on (09:58)!
The order has never come and the amount has been charged to my account! Now when I email them for an answer, there is no responseI would never trust this company again with an order! No orders shipped to my house have ever failed to show upI would not even give this business a It is zero in my estimation
