*** *** The refrigerator damage was mentioned and shown to one of the movers the day of the move. According to the paper work that we have the statement reads " In order that carrier may have an opportunity to inspect goods and thereby properly verify claims, any loss or damage discovered after delivery should be reported to the agent or the delivering line as far as possible, immediately upon discovery." My wife called *** *** the same day of the move and mentioned the damaged refrigerator and she informed *** that she had to file a claim thru the email to the claims department, she made no mention of anyone to come to our residence to check on the damage. We filed a claim on Jan1st and emailed it to the claims department and we never heard from them even after I kept sending emails asking if they received my claims form. They have no number to call claims directly according to *** *** and we even filed a second claim form on Jan30/2017. After emailing several times to the claims department which I have documented, we never heard anything from anyone until we received a check for $to close the account. We have had several issues with this moving companyThe estimate was off by quite a bitThey billed us for things we were never advised they would useWe are missing a box with approximately dollars worth of itemsI was originally told the movers would arrive between 730-9amThey arrived at Finally, the dollar deposit was supposed to be put toward total moving costs wasn't applied or refundedThe invoice stated that our total was We currently have a charge of as well as the dollar deposit charge on our card I have called several times to address this issueI have been told each time that a manager will call me backI have not received any call back

It is clear that the photos show the amount of worked charged did not line up with the amount of goods loaded onto the truckThey were 'strapping in' which means there was nothing left to load.You can refund the $since you are unwilling to be reasonable based on what other moving services would have charged for the same service However, I will continue to dissuade anyone I know from using your services as often as I have the opportunityGood day sir

I contacted All My Sons customer service department The suggested submitting a claim form for the damaged itemsi do have damaged items, however my complaint is regarding the lateness of their arrival by hours beyond the time I was promised the movers would arrive at my homeI waited for them to show and had to make calls to the office to get some type of explanation This is time I could have been on my job, not missing work waiting for them.By the time the movers did arrive and my belongings were loaded and ready to travel, we were stuck in rush hour traffic, as the clock ticked on my bill

I wish I would have looked at *** BEFORE I hired this moving company, but I made this decision based on the fact that I used them ONCE for a short moveI tell you all right now, DO NOT GO WITH THESE PEOPLEI repeat, DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES GO WITH THIS MOVING COMPANY$deposit, end bill of $1000.00+, for a bedroom, squarefoot apartment, boxes (I had already moved my boxes over to new place throughout the summer) no dining room furniture, or living room furniture and ONE CAR garage with a small freezer, boxes, shelving units job that was promised to be quick, effective, clean, and simpleI was told by Rob that the guys would not only load up their truck with my items from my apartment and garage (that they managed to forget all about and complained about when they "found out" and needed to rearrange their truck), the office had been notified times by myself and my husband reminded them the day of move about the garageThey were supposed to bring their OWN TOOLS, and take down our ONE *** bed and a bunk bedHe told me "I forgot the tools", We are not young people, we are up there in age, and can't do much heavy lifting or taking down of large furniture such as my bed, so I hired these guys to do the work I paid them for and guess what? My husband had to run and buy tools and start to take down the beds himself! The manager then pretty much blamed me! The movers were nice young men, but I felt they were
prolonging the move! When I mentioned half way through the move, we need to be compensated for all of the problems he said "it will be dealt with at the end"Rob wanted to "give" me min! Looking at other reviews it seems this is definitely an ongoing process with this company

We had a move on 7/8/within the cityWe were promised menmen showed up, but one was injured and sat in the truck all dayWe were discounted from our estimate for himAnother of the remaining men barely worked, and actually caused the other men to have to do more work by unwrapping our furniture in the garageThey had to then use more time to re-wrap the furnitureThey at that point did a very bad job, resulting in a lot of damage to our furniture and houseThe estimator has agreed we got the amount of labor for men, but the owner has refused to adjust the amount that we paidAlso, the job was not completeWe have a refrigerator in our living room that needs to go down some stairs, and some other furniture that was dumped in the garage but not brought into the houseWhen I talked to the owner of the company, he told me that he just didn't care that we were upset, and wasn't willing to do anything to adjust or compensate for the labor we paid for and the job that

We have a process that is followed for all claims and complaints, I understand that you don't want to follow the process however I cannot issue a full refund for the moveI can offer $so you can put this behind you

Our rates for services are tariffed in the state of Oregon. All licensed carriers that operate in the state must charge overtime rates after hours of service
These charges are explained to our customers upon scheduling and again during our final confirmation phone
call
The customer incorrectly believes that the overtime is due to our worker’s eclipsing hours for the week; this is falseCarrier overtime rates have nothing to do with employee wages, rather everything to do state tariffs
Regardless, we have sent out a settlement offer as a gesture of goodwill and that our customers concerns are important to us

Do not let this company touch your belongings if you want them to arrive at your destination in one pieceWe hired All My Sons of Omaha to pack our entire household and move it to our new home in Texas First clue we should have taken as a red flag was the fact that once they had us on their schedule, we didn't hear from them even though their advertisement says they will "provide you with invaluable moving tools (i.emoving tips, packing tips), that will assist you in planning." Although their advertising states, "Our Omaha movers are trained to pack, load and deliver your belongings with the best care and exceptional service you can expect," and the sales representative told us they would pack our belongings as if it was an "international move"...wrap all the furniture, etc., that is the opposite of what we experienced A few pieces were wrapped, but not all that should have been, and even some of the pieces that were wrapped were gouged by the time they arrived at our house...five days after the promised arrival date In fact, the majority of our pieces had scrapes and gouges when they came off the truck Our china cabinet was wrapped, but with the removable glass shelves still in it The shelves were in shards when the cabinet arrived at our new homeOur refrigerator, which looked like new before it went on the truck arrived with the handles all scratched up and the buttons for the ice maker brokenDining room chairs had the arms busted off, two antique tables were broken, and the list goes on and onPots and pans from the kitchen were packed in FRAGILE boxes, yet most of our good china dishes were not Heavy computer equipment was packed on top of a fragile collection of dragon statuesOne out of the eight pieces in the collection survived the moveLearn from our mistakeAll My Sons uses a legal document to limit their liability called a bill of ladingNever mind the fact that we were not shown any paper work until the movers were on our door step and we had no time to change our mind or thoughtfully consider the options of extra coverage at our own cost We tried to save money by going with this company and if they had lived up to their advertising I'm sure only a small amount of damages to our belongings would have occurredIn the end, we have lost irreplaceable items and have the headache and cost of repairing what we can It would have been less costly to go with the bigger moving company who would have actually treated us and our belongings with respect

NOT CARE about their customers They told us we could be rescheduled for next week, or pay a higher rate and Overtime to have someone show up Monday? Unbelievable answers and reasoningthey need to learn how to schedule their crews and not give a response of "sorrynothing we can do as the first job ran hours later than expected"This company needs new management who understands customer service.Lucky for us a professional moving company moved us Sunday morning and they were amazing to work with

I received a claims form that was mailed to me on Aug7th which I am returning todayThus far, other than issuing the form this company has done absolutely nothing to resolve this issueInstead of handling locally I am now relegated to a remote office in Texas to deal with this matterTimeliness and attentiveness to customers needs are obviously not a high priority for this companyTherefore, I am subject to thier claims process that may or may not resolve this issueNo one has reached out to me to even apologize for the unprofessional manner in which they treated me and my family during the moveThe public needs to be warned of this companies methodologies in order to make an informed decision

Run from this company they are unreliableI requested their service on their website 11/29/I received messages regularly about the upcoming moveThe day came 12/12/the appointment was scheduled for 1:00PM they did not show upI called customer service at 1:and they let me know they would be there between 1:00-3:they were running lateAt 3:I called them and they said they were on their wayI talk to their customer service manager and he recommended I talk to the manager in MinneapolisI waited on hold and finally talked to Matt times between 3:and 7:00PMevery time he told me they were on their wayGuess what? They never called, they never showed up in fact they shut off their phone at 7:Monday 12/14/I called to let them know of my experience, they told me they were doing me a favor by answering the phoneIf you really need moving service DO Not use these guys they won't show and they won't tell you their not coming and they are doing you a favor! Asked to talk to a high level manager they would not transfer, tried to resolve with the company, but was unable to do so
