Melissa put a $deposit down to be moved from the USAFA military housing to their new houseWhen she called the night before to verify the date/time she was told that there would be movers and they would be there at 9am They did arrive at 9am but what showed up was a Prepper, a packer, and a mover(Rachel, Tay, and Tim) Within the first minutes we were told that Tim was upset saying that they needed at least more mover, Rachel was on Tramadol for a shoulder (she stated that she could lift some stuff as long as it was not heavy), and that Tay was there just to wrap stuff They got busy and wrapped the furniture(There were no boxes or household goods, just the washer, dryer, and furniture) When they were done and ready to load the truck, Tim realized that they did not have a dolly on the truck He was upset and spent minutes on the phone complaining to someone at the office (minutes that Melissa paid for because they were ch

All My Sons conducted a move for *** *** on 10JunBased on the size of the inventory she gave over the phone, we gave her a rate of men at 159.85/ per hour with a hour minimum, additional hour of travel, and a flat rate fuel surcharge of She was made aware that any
additional time used after the two hour minimum would be charged in minute intervalsFrom the start of the move she was very aggressive and confrontational toward my moversShe called in claiming that the movers were taking excessive breaks and that they were trying to charge her additional moneyI spoke with the crew and then explained to *** my findingsThe amount of items she was trying to move greatly exceeded what was on the inventory she gave when she booked the moveAdditionally, she was not ready to move and due to excessive clutter, the movers were not able to move about the residence in an efficient mannerAs such, *** was upset at the additional time it was taking to complete the moveMy men explained that each additional item (including boxes) takes more time and as such, the move would take longerThey also, told her that if she wanted to decrease the time of the move, she was more than welcome to carry things to the truck, or have them more prepared to be movedThere was a miscommunication between her and the driver, and I explained that she was not being charged by the itemAdditionally, as a show of good faith, I credited her mins of the job to pay for the breaks my men did or did not takeAs for the disassembly of her bed, I was not made aware of any lack of tools, use of her tools, or her tools missing until this complaintOnce my men reached the destination, we took charges to the estimated end time, as per our standardsShe was not happy about paying, but reluctantly did soOnce the estimated finish arrived, the move was finished with the exception of non essential screws for the bedShe was told that she could file a claims package and the items would be taken care ofShe insisted the men do a few more things as well as stay to look for the screws, though the bed was still usable, and was still used that very nightOne hour and forty- five minutes after the estimated end time, the men left the residence and *** called me stating she wanted to file a claims packageI told her that I would be more than happy to file her claims once the additional time she used was paid forShe refused to pay for the last hours, or any additional time for that matterThere is still a balance an outstanding balance of $on her account The disassembly and reassembly of items is part of time usedEven with the claim of the men searching for pieces (per her demands) there was still an unaccounted hour for which owes moneyWe are unable to file a claim on a move that has not been paid in full

Upon arrival to complex - the crew was unable to find any parking - closest parking was over 400yds away and across a major streetThe freight elevator was out of services and the only elevator was in side and in full use by tenants, due to time and services the crew was unavailable to complete the
moveThe deposit was refunded and move has been cancelled until further notice

I have contacted their customer service number several times, with no response I spoke with their manager *** and never got a call back Their owner ***, was supposed to call me back as well and has still not done that They do not follow up with customer service whenever you call to speak to them I have called several times and they keep saying we will call you back or you need to speak to someone else and it does not happen I would like the correct person who can respond to refund contact me and process it

RUN AS FAST AS YOU CAN AWAY FROM THESE CLOWNS I am business director for a large national company and contacted these folks to give me a quote They called me and took all my information over the phone and scheduled a guy named Peter to be at my residence at 10am on a Monday morning The time came and went and when I called them Peter answered the phone He knew who I was and that it was an out of state move and he had intended to call me! I was incredulous! I said you company made an appointment to be here at 10am He then tells me he doesn't even have my address He had no excuse for that nor the fact that he didn't call me or even acknowledge the appointment Incredible Because I was upset he was going to come right over to give me a quote but his manager Rob, who I talked with told him not to come as I sounded like trouble because I was not happy with the I was being treated and told them so Rob the manager then hung up on me Please see the other complaints!

I thought that All My Sons Moving Company was extremely professional and thoroughThey gave me the most honest quote and were pleasant to work with through the entire planning process*** was extremely helpful and I would recommend them to anyone looking for a good moving company in Colorado Springs

Received an in-home estimate and chose company based on estimateMoving day came (6/5) and we were supposed to have trucks and menInstead we had truck and menThey weren't able to timely complete job and didn't pack everything they agreed to (all breakable items)They tried to leave but instead sent a new crew to "complete" jobThe completion was just throwing stuff on the truck rather than taking the time to pack anythingWe were upset and complainedWe were promised the job wouldn't go over the estimate and the workers would still move everything from storage to our house and put everything in the rooms and assemble all furniture they disassembledThey haphazardly through things in the truck from storage on 6/in my garage and all about my houseThey damaged my houseThey didn't sthe furniture citing CDOT as the reason they had to leave (this seems to be a regular excuse)They left without setting up even all the bedsThey even broke a bedI have picture
