SO SIMPLE. ASSOCIATE WAS VERY HELPFUL AND QUICK. I TRIED TO DO IT ONLINE AND COULDN'T. BUT SHE GOT IT DONE IN NO TIME.

Started online, simple process just supply your information. Then had to call in to complete the process. Took a while but we were able to solve the problem with my laptop over the phone.

Very happy with the service professionals and overall outcome. I purchased this warranty when I bought my TV at ***. We had the TV for 3 years and it was no longer within the *** or manufacturers warranty so the Square Trade warranty kicked in. It took a few times calling in to speak to techs who walked me through issues to try and resolve the issue that never seemed to be happening when I was on the phone (the TV would be black multiple times during the day and would take about 30 minutes for it to reset and come back working). After about the 4th tech the TV wasn't working while on the phone and the tech was able to determine it was not repairable. A new similar replacement TV was ordered and we received it in about a week. I will always purchase a square trade warranty for any large purchase we make in the future. It is well worth the low cost of the warranty.
