The screen on my Apple MacBook PRO went blank. Contacted Square Trade, who carried my product warranty, and they were able to repair my computer in an easy shipping, repair and return process that took less than a couple weeks!

Sent in a tablet that would not change or hold a charge, it was sent back to me and the problem was not fixed, charged the tablet for 3 days .... Only 24 % .

Had headphones that quit working square trade made it right. Was able to get a new pair.

This company is practicing deceitful tactics not only when selecting a replacement for an item that is covered by warranty. But they also are very good liars. I purchased a 55" Samsung Curve TV and given a selection for a 55" Samsung UHD flat screen TV. I called 5 times to get this order corrected, but they said there was nothing they could do. The customer service rep. also said that the TV I selected was better than my original TV. After talking to the manager and several other customer service reps. I was told the exact same model would be delivered on 5/1/20. But instead, I still ended up getting the 55" Samsung UHD flat screen outdated 2018. I'm very dissatisfied with this company.

The process wasn't as smooth or easy as it might have been. I tried to do it online, but when doing so I was offered less than 100% of what I paid for the product. I called in and had to complete an "affadavit" process to get my full refund. Just not sure why that couldn't have been accomplished via the online process ? Why was I offered less than 100% refund for a defective product ? Isn't that why you buy a warranty ?

Waa the quickest easiest claim ever. Absolutely amazing. Highly recommended.

Every person I spoke to was very professional, patient and took the time to find out the answers for me...this was regarding my printer...I would never buy any product without a warranty...this company has been the best even though it has taken 2 weeks to get information that the repair was done and my printer is on it;s way...the time delay had to do with them receiving the printer back with the virus out there it slowed their receipt of the printer...once they got it they got right to it...I've had warranties before but all they did was run me through the ringer to try and do my own repair until finally a check was received....

I contacted SquareTrade about my TV before the corona virus pandemic started and they gave me the steps to follow to start the case file. I ended up waiting over a month because of the pandemic and when I contacted SquareTrade again after everything settled down they walked me through the steps while I was on the phone with them and before the day was over I was approved for a brand new TV. My old TV was no longer available and SquareTrade picked another model for me that turned out to be a much better model then the one I previously owned. It took about a week but it was delivered to my door step. Thank You SquareTrade for being so helpful with my claim.

Fast decision making and fast action when needed for replacement tv after 4 years and 10 months into a 5 year warranty.

I paid $77 for a SquareTrade policy to cover a razor dirt 4 wheel quad that I pur***d from *** in June 2019. The quad broke down in December and was not covered under the manufactures warranty. I spoke to the Square trade and they told me to have the item repaired at an approved facility which I did. I submitted my receipt to SquareTrade for the repair and received a check for $168.98. I deposited the check into my bank account at the end of January. On February 4 I received notice from the bank that the check bounced, and/or was not honored from SquareTrade’s *** bank. The $168.98 that was deposited into my checking account, was promptly removed February 4th. I was then charged a $20 fee for the bad check. So now I’m out $188.98. I have contacted Square trade repeated about this, and spoken to multiple of representatives. I have sent in scanned documents from my bank showing their check was deposited, then removed from my account, and the $20 fee. I did successfully Receive a $20 check to cover the bank fee. However, I received multiple notices saying they cannot Write me a new check for $168.98 because I already deposited the check for that amount. However, they repeatedly ignored the fact that their original check was bad and the amount was withdrawn from my account and I am at a loss of $168.98. Two weeks ago I told them if I couldn’t get a resolution I would be reaching out to the Revdex.com for help. Yesterday, I again received notice that they cannot send me A new check because my other check was already deposited. Please help.

Square trade did exactly as advertised and I could not be happier with their service

These guys are truly legitimate, honest and trustworthy. They covers my product fully, without any hassle.

Not bad for a warranty that is inexpensive. Had trouble with my TV and went through 2 techs before a third one realized that it could not be fixed. They gave me a credit at Target less than the TV was actually worth minus the tax. They pro-rated it based on the number of months you have it. You can wait a few weeks for a check or receive credit at the store you purchased from. The warranty was only 35.00 dollars for 3 years. Pretty inexpensive. If I would have bought a TV from a store who services their own sales I would have paid 125.00 but they either fix it or give you a new TV if they can't. So If I had to do it all over again I would choose Square Trade. All in all you can't blame them for having me call several times. They want to verify that your TV really doesn't work so I am satisfied with the results and with Square Trade. Going to purchase another TV and of course the Square Trade Warranty.

The warranty only took a few minutes and the customer service was outstanding!

My replacement TV came with box damage , I took several pictures of TV damage inside and email back on the same day. Two days later , I received an email said that I have to waits 7 - 10 business days for the vendor call to schedule for pickup before I can receive another replacement . I disagree with that because it not my fault to damage the TV . I been waited for 10 days and nobody call or email to schedule pickup TV. I called to ask the Manager when the TV pickup and she said is nothing that she can do . I have to wait for pickup .

I purchase warranty from Squaretrade for my tv and I expect received the replacement of tv in good condition. However, this warranty company sent damage tv and want me to wait for it vendor. Think twice before pay your hard working money for this scam company. This company hire foreigners for customers service and very difficult to communicate with.

The process was very easy to fill out and received my payment in a timely fashion.

Problem: Off/On Button on the handset of my *** expansion handset is broken. (Handset sits in charger/base) Claim no *** is my third (3rd) ***empt to have the Handset of my *** expansion handset repaired. Claim #1 was 3/31/20, #2 was 4/3/20 and #3 was 4/17/20. Claim #1 closed due to no b***ery (Instructions DO NOT SENT Bery) Claim #2 was closed due to NO BASE sent along with charger. Claim #3 was closed because they state, No Problem with item.
Upon checking handset, OFF/ON button still is not working. I believe the handset was never checked. The base or charger are not the problem. The off/on button ( call button) do not work; one cannot make a call.

I bought a plan to cover my PS4 within the first 3months the HDMI cord needed to be repaired as it get stuck in the port. They told me SONY had to repair it under the 1 year manufacturer warranty. The disk drive recently stopped working I sent it in and they denied repair as it had an unauthorized repair (SONY) which voided my contract. Complete scam!
