Quick to respond and take care of my issue and repair.

It was very easy to make our claim and the refund came in the mail very quickly.

The entire process was great! Within 24 hours I was approved for my claim and got a check in the mail a couple of days later.

We purchased a security system through Purchasing Power. The unit does not work. We called the manufacturer numerous times, downloaded new firmware, turns out the hard drive (according to the manufacturer) is faulty. We purchased square trade warranty with the product however they won’t accept our claim because they claim *** should cover it under manufacturer warrant, HOWEVER, *** claims Purchasing Power is not an authorized dealer so they won’t cover it under the manufacturer warranty and referred us back to square trade where we were put on hold numerous times and passed around. We asked to speak to a manager or supervisor and the agent responded that we would be placed on hold for a manager. He said this over and over about 8 times. He never did transfer us to a manager but to another agent who started their speech over again. We got this unit a month ago, after many attempts and HOURS on the phone the unit is defective and someone needs to figure out who is going to replace it with a proper unit.

We apologize for the issue that the consumer is having with their item. The consumer's claim was referred to the manufacturer. SquareTrade utilizes the manufacturer warranty for all items we cover, As this provides multiple benefits for our consumers. Most manufacturer warranties are for a total of one year. However, at times some items have less coverage this varies from the manufacturer. If the manufacturer refuses to honor their warranty or the warranty is less, SquareTrade can instead immediately step in to assist.This is one of our standard resolutions. We do compensate for any shipping costs accrued in sending the item to the manufacturer which doesn't deduct the value of the consumer's coverage. By providing a manufacture referral resolution, SquareTrade is honoring our contract, and we save the warranty for any future claim, which is why our protection plans run concurrently. In this case, since the manufacturer warranty is not valid due that the seller was not an authorized re-seller. SquareTrade can step in to assist. However the item is also within the 30 day return period and since the surveillance system is defective the consumer can return it or exchange the unit. We again apologize for any inconvenience.Thanks

Excellent results on my *** repair. Have several items protected.

I purchased a Philips 43 inch tv from *** on November 26 2018. And picked it up at the store. I purchased a square trade extended warrenty the same day. The problem is I don't have the orginal receipt, target only keeps receipts for 90 days, I also contacted headquarters of target to see if they have any record of my purchase, but without an order no they can't find my purchase. I contacted square who has the description of my Philips tv, but won't put a claim in without the receipt yet they know I purchased it at target.com, then they should have the rest of the information. I feel I am getting a run around, and I'm out a lot of money. I know the tv was around 350.00. Comast was out and confirmed the tv was dead and Philips warrenty isexpired

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. Because they are responsible for sending 2 checks to me. One the price of the TV and two the price of the warrenty that I paid for with squaretrade

The "approval team" never calls back, I've spoken with the help desk on no less than 4 occasions over several weeks and there is 0 effort to communicate. All documents were uploaded to the website as requested.
Additionally, I'm required to locate my own repair facility.
I will never purchase another warranty from them again.

This is a pure kind of company scam. I filled up a claim on Square Trade on an item I bought at ***. It took me a hard and long time to deal with this company. They told me they would send a check by mail to pay for the item and they never send it. Today I'm hold with them again.

I was thrilled that my device did not need to be replaced, and a very patient technician worked with me to solve the problem. My warranty will be in effect for another five months, and I trust in another positive experience if the need should arise. I would definitely use Square Trade again.

At first, I was sceptical but after this recent experience, I was impressed. Quick, efficient and very fair. Will definitely be a Square Trade customer for a very long time. Keep up the great work. Thank you.

Great service. Had a problem with a smartwatch after less than 60 days and they took care of it immediately.

My item was a few weeks from the end of its warranty when it failed. I called Square Trade and they offered me a few dollars less than I had paid originally. I accepted their offer and had a check a few days later.Thank you

I filed a warranty claim on an item I have the extended warranty with. I purchased the item a laptop battery on Amazon, apparently from a 3rd party seller but the warranty was purchased same time from Amazon for SquareTrade. Had numerous issues with claim because apparently only way to do a claim is online, however I do nut understand computers very well. Online chat disconnected when they tried to explain and I said I dont understand. So I called in and first person seemed confused by the fact I dont have a cell phone to take a picture but he told me how to do stuff if I found someone that did, which I got pastor of my church to take pictures of receipt on amazon for item. Then they wanted me to call in and said problems with my claim because my claim is for a laptop even though I clearly put that it was for battery. So stuff got resubmitted and then got another email that I needed to call in next person said it was because dates on receipts were not same, I have no idea why they were within a day or so of each other. Next problem was because claim was for $49.99 and item only cost $29.99 but he has everything correct and I do not need to resubmit anything they have all the info requested and he will document he instructed me not to resubmit. Today I received an email saying they were not going to do the warranty unless I resubmit the exact info I was instructed not to resubmit. I replied to email and let them know how unsatisfactory there service is.

this was incredibly easy to purchase a warranty and then when my product broke it was also easy to use the warranty. they helped very fast.

Worked as advertised. I’m completely satisfied. They are friendly and works to resolve the issues.

I bought a product from *** and it stopped working about eleven months into the manufacturers warranty and that company wanted me in total costs, to send back, to pay in all fees to be about two thirds of the original purchase. I was very upset to say the least . I was extremely happy when Square Trade stepped in and resolved my warranty situation after telling them what the manufacturer wanted and how displeased with their customer service. I would purchase Square Trade warranty next time I feel I need it based on this first time experience!
