Could not have been easier or quicker. Advised them my cellphone wouldn't take a charge, and within three days I had a new cellphone. Well worth the money.
they are great it did take about a week or more but they did help

I was having trouble submitting my claim online, and so I called and talked to a representative. I didn’t have my receipt, just an email of the purchase. The gentleman was so patient and helped me through all the steps to find the receipt through targets website. He called me back to confirm that my claim all went through and I was good to go for a refund. Thank you so much for your awesome customer service!!
I called to set up a claim, and in less than a week, the gentleman was here to repair my television. Friendly quick and easy.
Squaretrade does not honor their warranties. My son purchased a television from *** and took the warranty offered at time of purchase *** via Squaretrade. The television when black within the warranty period and was sent to Squaretrade for inspection and followup. Squaretrade decline to honor the warranty claiam *** stating "internal damage to the unit". At no time was the television opened or subjected to physical abuse by the buyer. Squaretrade is trying to get out of HONORING their contract. Squaretrade offered to refund the purchase price of the warranty as a means of resolution. What a joke. This company is fraudulent. They hope you don't call or follow up as a means to get out of their obligation. If I would have known this company would have tried everything to get out of their contract, I would have purchased elsewhere to protect my product.
The consumer stated the monitor worked great up until it randomly turned to a permanent white screen. Upon further evaluation, the repair center found the unit had a cracked screen with a clear point of impact near the bottom right side. The repair facility also noted when the device arrived it was packaged properly.Our Standard plans mirror the manufacturer's warranty to provide coverage for mechanical and electrical issues and are not inclusive of coverage for any physical damage. Bought a new phone, got a warranty though ***.. They will now not replace the phone. Customer Service rep who is not from the US and refused to send me a new phone. I asked to speak to a manager and he said one would call me back within 24 hrs. Square trade has really gone down hill and I will not use them again. I should be refunded for my money for a warranty that they won't honor.

The first step is to repair the item to ensure the consumer can keep their original device. The replacement resolution is mainly provided when the device is unable to be repaired.We had a resolution specialist reach out to the consumer to provide to clarify the process and processed a one-time exception to ordering a replacement device. In the future, they are aware they will be required to either send the device in for repair or take it to a local repair shop. The consumer was very satisfied to have received a callback and get their issues resolved.
I purchased a set of Ear Pods from *** and was conned into this “insurance policy”. After weeks of phone calls, several redirects back to the manufacturer and a few corrections to their records they finally agreed to paying the claim AFTER I sent them my item. I sent the item in as they requested and was informed that I would receive a digital gift card via email. As of today, no gift card and now no item as I sent mine in for payment of the claim. This is a TOTAL RIPOFF.
My camera was malfunctioning, I contacted Square Trade, they had to check to make sure I had an active warranty, heard back the next day. Easy to get started, printed the shipping label, sent it off and had it back within a week in perfect working order. So glad I got the extended warranty.
SquareTrade made mine claim simple and easy. After photographing the TV in question and sending these photos my claim was quickly approved. I was given a choice of 3 TV and all were new. Within 7 to 10 day a truck arrived at my house and unloaded my new TV. Great company to do business with. I highly recommend SquareTrade.

About 45 days after purchasing my smart phone, the camera lens somehow became seriously cracked. I filed a claim with Square Trade on a Friday, and had a new phone the next day! Wow! Service couldn't have been better!
My experience with your chat line was awful. She couldn't find my warranty and I had to fax info over to her. then she tells me it's going to take over a week for them to find it.'
I disconnected the chat and called their number. That woman found my info immediately as so did I as I was online while talking to her. She opened a claim for my DVD player told me what to do and I sent it back to you and had it back in week. My advise is not to use the chat line but to talk to a person.
Square Trade honored my warranty on an LED TV. It was very easy to file a claim. My TV was replaced quickly.
I purchased an *** watch series 4 gps for 429.00 from ***, at time of purchase I was offered ONE type of plan to purchase, a 3 year plan for gps and radio electornics *** for 58.00. On October 17th my husbands band came loose on the watch and the watch was dropped 12 inches. The watch still works perfect but has 2 hairline cracks in the screen. I remember purchasing the protection plan so I immediately log on the my email from *** when I purchased watch and warranty. I follow the link and make an account with squaretrade. I clicked on the *** watch series 4 and up popped the infromation about my warranty for the item I purchased on December 15 2018. I called square trade to file a claim, the gentleman started the claim, then he asked me to send him the infromation that I had on my computer screen (from square trade for my watch then wait 30 minutes and call back. Because as you will see per the documents I attach it clearly states that it covers damage from drops spills, and other accidents. I even took a pic of the computer screen where it shows this clearly and is color coded for the watch warranty. I sent the document he requested, I called back. The next gentleman confirms I do have that coverage it must have been a glich in his system, but please send him a copy of my receipt and then call back in 30 minutes. I thought this was weird but did as they requested. When I called back I spoke to a woman who told me it did not matter what I had it mattered what it said on their side. Later when I went back in all the infromation that I printed off was gone and later they even cancelled my plan? This is a scam. I expect them to fix me a watch or pay to have it fixed.

Not impressed with the shipping, and I got my *** back in worse shape then I sent it. I received it back, with dents on the top that weren't there! Was filthy??? The originals box I sent it in is totally trashed. Their communication written down was illegible. I don't know what they actually did to it?
