The only thing that could make me more satisfied is if the process had been more prompt. Square Trade was terrific and stood fully behind their warranty. When it became clear that the product could not be adequately repaired it refunded the price in full. I have signed up for Square Trade coverage on several other products and am confident it will come through if necessary.

Square Trade repaired the item. Their shipping to me with the initial box took 4 business days not 2. There is not a staffed *** location in the small town I live in so had to drive 50 miles to ship it back mainly for the receipt. Returning the object took 1 day longer than expected. Expected time to be without the item was 1 week, took 2 weeks to receive it back. The techs I spoke with were knowledgeable and nice. Repair was done as promised. My only complaint is the slow shipping.

The bed didn't ship originally with right parts. Emailed them and they sent everything pretty quickly. It's better and sturdier then original. Son is very happy with it.

Glad I purchased the potection. Easy online process for filling a claim. Received my *** credit within minutes. Purchased a new one and had it within two day. Simple as that.

Prompt response when I filed the claim to repair the notebook computer. Because they did not have a replacement available, they sent me a check for a new one.

I was very satisfied with the Square Trade people. They promptly answered my phone call and emails too. The one thing I was not happy with is that I was told my tablet which I wanted to have repaired or replaced they said they could not. So the sent me a complete refund on what I paid for the tablet. And it was sent with in 2 weeks of me contacting them about my problem I was having with it.

The warranty on the cell phone came very fast, even before the phone was received. I did contact *** and everyone was very willing to help. I would definitely consider purchasing again from them.

I filed a claim and I was told to contact the manufacture warranty. I spoke with *** and was told to call *** the claim would be processed by SquareTrade. . After making five phone call and and after speaking with a supervisor I am still being told to file the claim to Manufacture warranty. The supervisor *** did not office to fix or replace my item just a refund. Now I have to order a new Bluetooth and this is inconvenience. I am requesting a refund back for the shipping and applicable taxes. I spoke with *** and one name I did not get. They never offer to repair my Bluetooth just a quick we will get her off the phone. Since, the plan was not honor in repairing or trying to repair my Bluetooth I am requesting a refund for the plan and shipping because I now have to order a new Bluetooth. I spent over 2 hours with what should have been a simple claim because the volume on my Refurbished Bluetooth stop working. Thanks

We apologize for any dissatisfaction with our claims process.Squaretrade utilizes the manufacturer warranty for all provides we cover, as this provides multiple benefits for our consumers. If the manufacturer refuses to honor their warranty Squaretrade can instead immediately step in to provide assistance, as was done in this case. This consumer's claim was approved for an item reimbursement of the item purchasing price. This is one of our standard resolutions and we do not compensate for any shipping costs or taxes accrued in the original purchase. By providing a reimbursement resolution Squaretrade is honoring our contract and we would not be able to provide any additional compensation.

I ve bought a PS3 controller from Ebay for my grandson. One month later, the toggle stick was getting stuck on the forward position.
1. Filed a claim with square trade. They've stated that its under the manufactures warranty.
2. Sony Playstation stated that I needed a receipt stating the store location, time and date.
Told them Ive purchased from Ebay. The receipt is not accepted. Call square trade...
3. Chatted with squaretrade... told me I need a document from Playstation stating that they will
not honor the manufactures warranty.
4. Called Ebay, they told me to call Playstation
5.. Called Square trade... forward my call to a different department. They said Ebay is not a
"registered store to sell their products". But I can send the controller to them and its not
guaranteed the service department will fix it. They might just send it back
5. Called Ebay, told me to call square trade
6. Filed another claim, chatted... person said they will cover it, best to call to do claim...
7. Finally, Square trade covered it, they did not pay me the amount spent! They told me I can
keep the controller (grandson just has to pull toggle back down)
This ordeal took 2 days to finally get settled.
Usually I do not have any problems with Square trade, but.... I rated it 3 stars.

We had purchased a laptop from *** and also purchased the square trade warranty. We were able to send it in and had it back with in the week
It is working fantastic and couldn't be happier. The only complaint I have is the hold time to reach a customer service representative could be shorter.

The people I dealt with were professional and explained the procedure I needed to follow to use the insurance on the office chair we purchased. They made it easy and worth the effort.

I always get this policy and have never used it. This was the first time I had to use it and it took about 15 minutes of that for the whole thing to be completed fully and approved. I was shocked and very happy that I opted to purchase the extra protection. I can say my process was very easy too because I do keep up with my receipts and product serial numbers.

Filing my claim was simple and the recommended repair shop was great to deal with.

I purchased a warranty plan with this company and they will not honor it

We understand the consumers concern in wanting us to honor our warranty. However, it appears there was some confusion about how our warranty works. The consumer purchased this device in Feb 2019 and is still under the manufacturers warranty. We attempted to educate the consumer on the resolutions available however the consumer declined. We have reached out and offered the consumer a alternate resolution as a courtesy.

People are knowledgeable, friendly and very helpful. Every time I called my issues were resolved.

I bought *** Set of 4 Tablet w/ SquareTrade 3-Yr Service Contract w/ADH I called several times to file a claim rep where unable to help me due to couldn't find the email under my device registered. When I gave rep the serial number he mention that my warranty was expired I explain to him I purchase 3 year warrant so my call was directed to corp where I received a email to process my warrant claim I process one however now I am unable to process the other 2 devise that are damage.

We apologize that the consumer is having some issues with filing additional claims. However, after reviewing the consumer's account we have confirmed that the consumer only has one warranty which covers all of the devices as they were purchased as a bundle. We have emailed the consumer directly and offered a resolution for the other devices.

Giving 4 stars. I have about 20 devices covered by a SquareTrade warranty. This is the second claim I have made. This time it was flawlessly. The first time was painful and took over 6 weeks for the claim to be completed. Guess I’ll have to wait if I make another claim to see how things go.

Courteous, helpful and quick response. Received a check to cover loss within a few days. Will use Square Trade again.

The product I insured for three years stopped working in about two years. I was refunded about 80% of what I had paid, which, based on the use I got, that seemed fair to me.

It only took a few minutes to get claim settled.The person that I spoke to was very nice.
