Very smooth and quick resolution!
They fixed my problem promptly..I am very please with their company..
I purchased a TV on 7/24/17 from ***. I purchased a Standard Plus Warranty through Square Trade. When I went to file a claim because my TV malfunctioned and was no longer functional I was given scripted responses with no helpful information. The representatives told me I needed to call the TV specialist dept to "troubleshoot" the issue. I told them I called multiple times over the course of a week and keep receiving the "No one is available to take your call" response. I asked for someone else to assist me so I could file my claim and get my TV replaced or fixed and they told me it would be impossible because they dont fix or replace TVs with "accidental damage" I explained the damage was not accidental that the TV malfunctioned while everyone in my home was asleep and the TV was off and secured to a wall mount. They refused to assist me in fixing the issue of getting in touch with TV specialist team and told me to keep trying over the course of a week and kept saying it must be because they are experiencing a high volume of calls. I told them that I spent 4 times a day for a week trying to reach someone and I was told well try again in 1-2 hours. Versus trying to help me navigate another way to reach someone who can help. I spoke several supervisors and employees and have all the names of those individuals. I feel scammed out of my hard earned money and now my already busy husband has to try and find time and money to purchase another TV on a already fixed income.

I had to force the company into sending someone to troubleshoot and turns out "I was correct". No consumer should have as much trouble as I did getting a replacement on a warranty they spent their hard earned money on. This is a terrible business practice and I will continue to warn others of the issues I ran into when dealing with this company and from the looks of other complaints I am not the only one who has issues with this very shady company. Which should be enough to remove their ***. Please do not send me anymore resolutions. As I will not accept anything further after all that I have had to deal with. I have had nothing but aggravation with Square Trade. I have an *** TV that *** could not even fix with their technician, so I called Square Trade as they are the insurer of my TV. After numerous calls to Square Trade. *** whom I purchased the TV from even did a three-way call to no avail. Finally, after several more calls they stated they would send the part out and set an appointment. When I received the part, it was the same part *** replaced so I called them to inform them and they said they still needed to send someone out to make an attempt. The company they used was not only 2 hours late and said they did not understand why Square Trade sent the same part and the technician said that the unit needed to be replaced. Per Square Trade the tech would call before they left while I was on the phone to provide a resolution however when we called back in, we were on hold for 30 minutes then told they could not help at this point because the department just closed. I had to follow up again and again now they are offering to send what would be a third tech out after I was told I would have a replacement option. Square Trade is a dishonest organization with 0 accountability and are not following what I was told ( every call is recorded) would happen much less remedying my issue for a $4,000 TV.
This is the best warranty ever. I sent my daughter's computer in to be fixed on Tuesday and received it back by Friday. I will never buy another computer without them. They are always polite and professional and most of all, they do what they say they will do. My daughter is a bit clumsy and this is the second time that they repaired her computer in less than a year. It
is well with the money.
I have delt with square trade on two separate issues. Both times, it could not be handled any better. Absolutely one of the most professional, honest, customer oriented companies I have delt with.
This is coming from someone (me) who has spent nearly forty years as a customer service specialist.

Excellent to work with. Received a quick resolution to my problem. Was handled very professionally. Shipped a replacement out immediately. Recommend them to anyone who takes the time to read the reviews.
After our TV experienced issues I contacted Square Trade, they were very professional and helpful. They scheduled my appointment to have my TV repair within a few days. Unfortunately the technician never showed up, I contacted square trade that same day explained the situation. They made contact with the technician and he was out the very next day. On Thursday the technician came and stated the TV was beyond repair. That same evening I received the notice and was told I would get an email with TV choices for my replacement. The very next day, Friday, I was able to pick another TV and had it delivered on Saturday morning before 10am. I definitely appreciated the fast response especially with company coming for the holidays. Thank you Square Trade!
They provided me with excellent customer support. My claim was settled in a timely manner. I would use this company again and also refer them to family members.
They helped me contact company with defective product. That company gave me a full refund. I would like Square Trade to give me a refund too since I no longer have a product to insure
I was very satisfied with the outcome of my extended warrantee with Square Trade. MY TV was repaired fully, and people on the phone and in person were friendly and helpful. The only comment I have is that I don't understand why I had to furnish a product receipt at the time of the claim. I had to go to *** Customer Service and ask them to look up the receipt. I did register the product when I bought the extended warrantee. I believe a receipt was furnished to Square Trade at the time I registered the product.
I purchased Accidental Damage Protection Plan for ***. 8 months later, the lenses were damaged, so I started a claim with SquareTrade, Inc. I emailed them the copy of the invoice, within the same day, they sent a shipping label to mail the camera to them. In 2 days the camera was delivered to them and the 3rd day, they sent an email saying that the camera cannot be repaired, thus they were mailing a reimbursement check. I received the check for the full refund on 5th day. It was a great experience.
Purchased the warranty to cover a TV. 2 years into it the screen went bad. I emailed a few pics of the problem and within an hour they authorized replacing the TV. We only had 3 to choice from that were comparable to the old TV but they all had 4 or more stars. Setting a delivery time was a snap. For our 59.99 warranty we got a new $500 TV. Very happy with the whole process

All downhill for Square Trade since *** acquired.
They claimed that my computer had suffered physical damage. It sat on a shelf in a cabinet for 6 months where it would have been impossible to have had physical damage and when turned on there was a load buzz and burning smell.
For the screen to be discolored as it is and there be absolutely no evidence of impact to the glass or the case makes this obvious. Completely arbitrary decision puts me out $250.
Before I even sent it in I said...I am concerned that this will be misdiagnosed and went over the series of events that lead to a burning electric smell and a dead screen and touchpad.
Refunding my warranty cost is not acceptable, that's not a warranty.
This company is a sham. I bought an accidental damage plan through them for a product which ended up getting damaged. The website doesn’t have the model number of the product in the database (product is a few months old), so I called the company to file a claim. The representative told me straight up that they don’t cover accidental damage, even after I read him the specific details in the warranty pamphlet. Spoke to every available supervisor level they had who each told us the exact thing, that they don’t honor those warranties. Why offer a warranty if you won’t honor it. All they offered was to refund the warranty, which still left us broke with a broken product. We finally had to fight with the retailer we bought it at , who also called and fought with square trade on our behalf, and they eventually were able to solve our problem. I will never use this company again, and I am telling everyone I meet in the store not to pay for their warranties
