Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: When items are purchased through Amazon Prime, the website clearly states "GUARANTEED DELIVERY DATE"So the Amazon response to my complaint is inaccurate and misleadingEither it IS a Guaranteed Delivery Date or it is not.So either the website message is intentionally misleading or Amazon is not meeting their promised delivery date However, and more importantly, my complaint specifically requested a link to a FORMAL COMPLAINT PROCESSThe Amazon response completely ignored this.Sincerely, [redacted]
