that's not what we were told and have emails to show that we were suppose to be given the full refund amount applied to our gift balance and was also given an additional dollars for our tine and the whole entire experience and mess you put us throughSo, hold up your dollar promise on our account balance that's misrepresenting and misleading your customers with information.

It only took four phone calls even though I called at the same time that a third transaction was being completed on my account for them to refund me I will use the remaining balance of my gift card to make one final purchase and never do business with them again It really took phone calls even though I called at the same time as another purchase was being made Letting them know that this is not me making these purchases That is just unreasonable to me to have to fight that hard when Amazon knew at the time of the final transaction being placed that I verbally on the phone, letting them know that it is not me making the purchases

Complaint: ***I am rejecting this response because: they have taken advantage of Prime customers by having them pay more and therefore not get any benefit of having the prime membership while testing it for them to work out bugs only to turn around and upgrade it for half price to the general publicThey said that Echo Dot was prime exclusive and not available to everyone, but then changed it to being for everyoneIf they had been honest up front and if they had been honest in saying a 2nd edition was coming out at half price only a couple months later, many of us would not have purchased the first oneSeems like a bait and switch tactic.Sincerely,*** ***

I am rejecting this response because: Pursuant to federal law, once the order was placed, you are required to honor the commitmentIf you are refusing to comply with the law, civil process, honoring a agreement, general rule of law, and general HUMAN DECENCY, we will move forward with a lawsuit and request the Federal Authorities to investigate your deceptive trade practicesIt does not matter why it happen, the fact is it did happen, and your required to honor it. Otherwise it is deceptive trade practices and can result in lengthy investigations and expensive law suitsAnd it will harm Amazon's reputationI have been more than fair in requesting you to honor your commitment and given you the opportunity to mediate through a neutral third party, which you refuse to make any concessions on.
