I have tried working this out with Amazon.com through various emails and phone calls.
I have also sent a Cease and Desist Order about selling *** a long time ago, and nothing was done
about itI have been advised to cease discussing this with your company at the

I was informed via the Amazon.com web site that I could expect a resolution to my claim by 08/25/Please see that pdf attachment which substantiates thisContrary to the aforementioned information, I received an email on 08/24/from Mir D***, an A-to-z guarantee program Account Specialist with Amazon, suggesting that I continue to wait for a resolution as they had recently asked the seller for more information which is not reflected on the website in the content of my claim, please see the PDF document attachmentI was also assured by an Amazon.com customer service phone representative that Amazon would reimburse me in an event such as this and I was told that Amazon would ‘have my back’ should the seller not refund me for the defective item that they had sold mePlease see the pptx attachment which contains a recorded call audio file phone exchange with the representativeThis evidence is admissible as Colorado is a one party consent state for recorded calls and Amazon notified me that they would record the call
In my previous correspondence with both Amazon and the Revdex.com I mapped out my complaint and then explained that I was covered by Amazon’s A-to-z guarantee program as I fully meet the criterion for a refund for having received a defective itemFurther, in prior phone correspondences with Amazon I was informed that if my claim had not been resolved within a two-week time frame that I could file an appeal; and although I am entitled to file an appeal because the expected resolution date has elapsed and it has been more than two weeks since I initially filed the claim, Amazon has not accommodated this requestTherefore, for those reasons, I feel as though Amazon has not done their due diligence in helping me to reach a resolution in regards to this matter so far at this timeThank you so much for your time
