I placed an order through beyond the rack on March 6, Order number ***It was for a garment rack, and two fabric storage carts totaling in $My order was to take 1-days to arrive, approximately I then received an email about a month after (April some time, unsure of the exact date) the order was placed, apologizing for the delay from the president of the company and that there was issues with shipmentI was extended the opportunity to cancel the order at the time or take no action if I wanted to continue with the order
Come May 5th, there was still no sign of my orderI contacted customer care and requested for it to be cancelled and refunded to my credit cardOn May 11th, my email was responded to with the following:
"Thank you for contacting BTR
This e-mail is to confirm that we have submitted your request to cancel your order #***
The cancellation process may take up to business hours to be completed through our system and for the

I had a credit of approximately with beyond the rack until recentlyWhen I logged into my account I was surprised to see all my purchase history along with my account balance is goneWhats creepy is all my emails from beyond the rack about my order shipments and account balance is gone from my inboxI called them and received a lame response that the company is now under new ownership and cannot honor old balancesIs this even leagal? Arent there any laws to protect the consumerAre consumers who shop online that vulnerable to this kind of deception? Please read the email that I received from those crooks from beyond the rack

Canada Inc(formerly known as Beyond the Rack) filed for protection with the court last March 24th and was purchased by a new owner May 24th The company is now under Canada Inc 
As the company is under new ownership we cannot apply Beyond the Rack c

On March and May 2016, I purchased two items on the BTR website, neither which was deliveredThe business failed to notify me of the two items' cancellation and quietly issued me a store credit as a refundI did not receive any email notification of the cancellationOn July, I submitted an online inquiry regarding the items' cancellation and requested that the business refund me the amount in full back to my credit card, since I was not responsible for the items' cancellationThe business has never responded to my inquiry

I had an account/store credit on the website, Beyond the RackSeveral months later when I went back to the website to use my credit, I found a very lackluster websiteThe items available were not the same quality or selection I was accustomed to seeingI left the website without purchasing anything and very disappointedI checked back occasional but the items were still nothing of interestWhen I went back to the website several months later to check again, my credit was no longer displayed in the upper right-hand corner as it had been for monthsI contacted BTR's customer service and this is the response I received:

I ordered several products from BTR a few months ago My credit card was billed and I waited for my orderA few weeks later when my order arrived, one of the products was broken, one was fine, and two other products were not sentI waited a few months and still received nothingI finally wrote and complained, then I phoned to speak with a representativeThe representative (James) told me that the goods would arrive to them in a few weeks and then they would ship them to meI told them that I no longer wanted or needed the products and I wanted a refundJames then told me that I would receive a company creditI told him since my products had not even been shipped and it had been several months, I didn't want a store credit but a refund to my credit card He refused and told me to call my credit card company insteadI asked to speak with a manager and he refused to let me speak with a manager as wellThe service was atrocious and I still did not get my refund

I have $259CA dollars credit with this company and can't use it toward any purchase for more than three weeks
Also I purchased one month ago some clothesThey changed delivery date three times and I don't have my items
I can't contact themPhones don't work and chat on line not reliable They asking question and disappear for more than minHappen times

Do not Buy from this company! I placed an order March 21, and today it is May 21, I have not received the orderAfter a few weeks I was given a tracking number that tracked it to NY I live in GA I called the company and they told me, and I quote, "to look around my house." Terrible customer service, you cannot call, and when you chat live, they all say " for some reason" it hasn't gone through, but we have emailed our refund department and you should see a refund in 5-business days...which does not happen

2) As the intended shipping date was May, I decided to cancel the order
3) I sent my 1-st cancellation request on April,
4) I sent my second cancellation request on May
5) I followed up on the chat line (I don't remember the name of the rep) who assured me that the order was cancelled
6) I checked on May - it was not cancelled
7) On May I talked on the chat line with Adrian who gave the confirmation number for cancellation - *** 8) Later same day I was sent an e-mail that it was shipped nevertheless
9) As the item never arrived I sent an e-mail on May
10) I got a response on June, that "This was already escalated to the department in-charged and they are already doing their best to process all these request as soon as possible"
11) No info about refund as of EOD June,

I placed an order for a Burberry Scarf item # BURBU9182525LM on Jan 25, 2016, I called Beyond the Rack Customer service on Feb 5, because I needed my item for an event this coming week which is the week of Feb 7, They said they didn't have a record of my purchase, I was on the phone nearly an hour trying to get this situation resolved I kept asking the rep to whose name is Khis G*** to call paypal and see if indeed I did pay for a burberry scarf with Beyond the rack She kept saying she can't make that call, but she could not explain why This was a simple matter to call Paypal I needed my item as stated above for an event and now they have ruined that for me I would like at least a 50% discount on my total purchase which was in the amt of $for my inconvenience
