ordered from beyond the rack and months and months went and then my order could not be filled , had an email on may stating the I would be refund in -buisness days , still nothing so I called (emailed them twice with zero response about this ) finally spoke to customer service and they can no process any refunds at this time and dont know when they can :( the center in montreal is down or something :(i just want my money back its not much but this is not the point , so I can never get my money back ? this is a big huge company , I have ordered from there many of times , she said only way I can get a refund if my bank does it ? what kind of a company is this ? the public needs to know not to order this !!!!!! I will never ever ever again

My account was credited for a previous order I had returnedI was able to use the credit for a new purchase and paid the balance with my credit cardThe new order was placed in August By end of October 2016, I still did not receive my order despite follow-ups with the customer service telling me it will be shipped promptly from their New York Warehouse
When I verified the status of my order in November, Beyond the Rack had canceled it and credited my account only with what I had paid with my credit card and disregarded the credit I had usedI did not receive any notifications that the order had been canceled by them
According to their policy, the refund can be made by the original payment methodI was promised a refund on my credit within to days on November It is December and the request is still pending approval

I returned an item I purchased from Beyond the Rack in February and was told I would receive a full refund for the item returned because it was damaged They have still not given me my refund yet and are now refusing to because of new management I have emails from the company from February up until weeks ago that said they would be refunding me, and most recently send me a refund check in the mail I have written proof from this company that they would send a refund check in the mail and that is what they need to do

Since the new ownership took over, they denied me money I had in credits from a return I made under the old ownershipI understand if they went out of business but they didn'tMy login and password are the same the only thing that changed to me is I don't have my credit anymore
I don't understand how that is legal, unless I filed for bankruptcy collections would be coming after me
