WARNING - DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY
I had a $credit on file with this company and a month after receiving the credit it disappeared and it has taken them months to tell me I am SOL on the creditThey will not honour it Here is the explanation from these crooks:
"We apologize that it’s taken so long for us to advise you on this issue: Unfortunately, we can no longer honor those credits applied from orders made before May due to the changes with our company ownership
As you may be aware, that Beyond the Rack went through a restructuring process that unfortunately took far too long to complete and has affected too many customersThe restructuring process, including the transfer of ownership was the reason why all orders made prior May 25, 2016, can no longer be refunded, in any form."

On January 30, I ordered a watch from Beyond the RackI paid $and was told through e-mail it would arrive in 2-weeksAfter a month there was a notice on my mailbox instructing me to go to the post office near my house to pick it up, as I was not home during the time of deliveryI drove to the post office where they informed me the watch had never been there, nor was even in their systemI e-mailed Beyond the Rack wondering where the watch was, but all I got was an automated e-mail apologizing for the late delay and a complimentary "$off my next purchase." After a couple more months, at this point being May 2, 2016, I e-mailed a complaint expressing my frustration that it had been months and no watchOne of their customer service representatives wrote:
"Upon checking on here, it seems like we are still yet to receive the order from our suppliersWe sincerely apologize for the delay on thisI can see that we had sent a follow up already to our suppliers as of

On March and May 2016, I purchased two items on the BTR website, neither which was deliveredThe business failed to notify me of the two items' cancellation and quietly issued me a store credit as a refundI did not receive any email notification of the cancellationOn July, I submitted an online inquiry regarding the items' cancellation and requested that the business refund me the amount in full back to my credit card, since I was not responsible for the items' cancellationThe business has never responded to my inquiry

When I purchased a watch Sophie & Frieda, from them, I was never told about their return policy I expected a refundI then, called BTR and was told they would give me a store creditI ordered items the second time, size S/M and even though they are marked S/M, they are extremely large, as to fit a woman that wears plus sizesThe 3rd order, follows the same patternI ordered shirts, S/M againTwo shirts are definitely a plus size, even though they're marked S/M The 3rd shirt was marked S/M, and it could fit someone that wears an XS of XXS The customer service person at BTR told me that they sent me what I ordered I tried to get a supervisor to explain the problem, and he said that they were at a meeting I don't trust this company, their number comes up unknown on the phone, they seem to be unclear, misleading, a scam, and I don't want to order from them anymore .Very poor customer skills, and many negative reviews They just should not be in business, and that sho

TERRIBLE COMPANY!! I ordered a pair of shoes in April to be shipped in early may When nothing was happening I contacted BTR via their live chat They apologized but my order was not coming they couldn't get it from the supplier They told me I would get an email in hours stating my refund details two days later nothing! I contacted them again to ask where my refund was and they told me they have issues lately refunding credit card purchases!!! and it could take up to three weeks to for it to be processed!!! totally insane I doubt I will get my money back I do not understand how this company is still allowed to operate!

On the weekend of February 28th 2016, Beyond The Rack was promoting the use of Visa Checkout and if you spent or more, you were eligible for a 25$ gift cardI followed the steps in the IOS App of the company, used the Visa checkout option, got debited and never received said cardOrder ***When I contacted the company (emails and a minutes long phone call) I was told time and time again my "name is not on the list"The card (Visa) was never taken out (that's the whole idea of Visa checkout)

I ordered a *** designer dress from this companyThe dress looked like the designer dress but had a different label and no product information labelCompany only offered a return at my expense with a store credit initially - once I asked for a full and a supervisor they now offer a full refund with a full prepaid shipping label

Similarly to my fellow reviewers I have also been having terrible experiences with this company in I was buying there for years - service was acceptableI placed order in January with estimate shipping in February I contacted in March, April, May - each time got respond - delay with shipping please wait 2-weeksin May I contacted via phone, email, chat and asked for refundGot respond that refund will be sent in 5-business daysNO REFUND after one monthContacted with them in the end of June - customer representative informed me without apology and any sympathy that I actually will receive NEITHER ORDER NOR REFUND due to changes in their ownership

Absolutely horrific service! Nothing is ever processed properly, orders are NEVER shipped on time (expect a 2-month delay prior to receiving anything you purchase from here), fake credit is thrown at you but then magically disappears right when you are about to make a purchase, half the orders are defected and dealing with receiving a refund is a nightmareI have purchased a number of things from BTR over the years and so far EVERY SINGLE ORDER HAS HAD AN ISSUEWould never recommend to anyone, and would definitely never purchase anything from here againBy far THE WORST SERVICE I have ever experienced

They removed $credit from my account and have ignored all inquiries and followup aside from a single response that "they were looking into it"They have even deleted followup requests for an update from their social media pages Don't shop with these guys, they're thieves
