Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: I was never advised of this policy until after the hockey stick was broken Best practice would have been when you took more of my money for a baggage fee, explaining that a hard case would be the only way your airline would take responsibility for anything broken by the mistreatmemt of my belongingsInstead, your airlines mishandled my baggage and took zero responsibility I will do my best, and have thus far, to never utilize your airline again Regards, [redacted]

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: I have called the number provided in business' response and the representative, Rose, with whom I spoke confirmed that American Airlines has not yet posted the miles awaiting confirmation from ***Ar irlines, which serves as the bases of my original complaint since this travel occurred some two months ago and miles are said to post within daysClearly, the lie provided in the original response shows how little the business values it's reputation in addition to undermining the Revdex.com complaint process Regards, [redacted] ***

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] they did compensate with $but wasn't satisfied with that, apparently I happen to be a platinum member of theirs, I could of easily reached again the status this year but after this story I decided to switch programs (I already flew about 11,miles with another carrier and purchased a ticket for another in December, so if I would of flown with American I would of earned platinum status again) Regards, [redacted]
