Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:Their representative called me and I explained the entire issue to her again, then she said that she can't help with anything besides making a personal apologyI asked her who I can speak with that can reprimand the employees involved and reimburse meShe said that she might be able to refund $dollars and wanted me to promise to accept it before she would check if she could do thatWhen I did not accept the $200, she got belligerent and frustratedShe refused to let me speak with someone that could fully address this event and then said "ok I am hanging up" and hung up on me! I would definitely not consider this to be an adequate response by any meansThe issue was never resolved and I still believe that I am due compensation to rectify this Regards, [redacted] ***

Complaint [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: Let me be very clear when I say that American Airline didn’t not try to solve this issue at the time of the damage nor are they trying to resolve it nowThe ironic thing about it is if they will do this to a soldier they will do this to any customerI flew from Italy with this bag as a carryon with no problems just to arrive at the airport in the states and be told as we were boarding the flight that I couldn’t bring my bag onI was told it would they didn’t have room but when I got on all the compartment were emptyThey lied and the same thing is happening now when they state that they tried to make a good faith effort to resolveIf that was the case then why did it take almost months for them to reply? This is just an attemp by American Airline to get a good rating with the Revdex.comI’m WARNING all soldiers past and present not to trust that American Airline is here to serve you because they didn’t serve me Regards, [redacted]

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: I have not spoken with anyone that has resolved my issue I have not received correspondence from the email address where they direct complaintsI tried to escalate my complaint to a regional supervisor and was not given contact information for anyone above the basic representative I spoke to over the phone I had to keep calling the 1-number which was not the complaint department I was told they don't have live people you can talk to & complaints can only be emailed The only response I received from my email was a generic automated response stating they received my complaint My issue has not been resolved & I reject the companies position that it has been Regards, [redacted]
