Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because the company appears to have sent a generic response There was certainly no outreach made to me on behalf of the airline even to apologize for the incident I do not see anything concrete as to how American Airlines "resolved" this issue What a disappointing experience Regards, [redacted]

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me I had contacted American Airlines and they did offer us travel vouchers - for $each I didn’t exactly want vouchers, I wanted a credit to my account for the funds they put back on my card, but they said that was not possibleI did accept the vouchers because I didn’t think I would be compensated any other way Thanks Regards, [redacted]

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:The business said that the amount was refunded to my amex card but my credit card was closed and I did not get any form of payment on my amexFurthermore it felt like it was to deflect from the issue of non payment since no transaction number or amount was provided by the airlines Regards, [redacted]

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:AA's response was to once again inform me of their checked baggage policyThey did not acknowledge that their gate agent falsely claimed that he called me up to the gate counter to remove the items that did not comply with this policyFurthermore, had I been informed of this policy by the agent at the checounter who asked me what was in the bag, they would have never been their in the first placeI am again requesting they refund me the difference paid ($150) between the $oversized bag fee and the $checked baggage fee Regards, [redacted]
