Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: it is completelty innacurate and does not address the issue or resolve the complaint Regards, [redacted] ***
Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: This is a copy of the same form letter with a lot of corporate blah blah blah that I received from them directlyClearly they put little effort into responding and really don't care Please notice there is NO explanation whatsoever as to why they charge extra for the seat I had, which was EXACTLY the same in every way to the other seats in that area, including LOCATIONThere is no reason at all for them to charge more other than an extremely dishonest, unethical and I might add, successful attempt at defrauding people of an additional sum of moneyYes, they keep getting away with it And there was no explanation as to the reason the flight attendants were working more than twenty hours, or why the tray tables cannot be opened to be used for eating when the person in front is reclining, or why the cabin is so shabby and dirty This airline has become unsafe and unsanitary and shows a lack of honestyLet's not even talk about caring for their passengers.It is necessary that this is documented, as I am doing here, as well as with the other entities, and that people are well aware of this Thank you, [redacted] ***

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me I had contacted American Airlines and they did offer us travel vouchers - for $each I didn’t exactly want vouchers, I wanted a credit to my account for the funds they put back on my card, but they said that was not possibleI did accept the vouchers because I didn’t think I would be compensated any other way Thanks Regards, [redacted]
